I had a very good experience this time around. I originally went in to have my driver side headlight fixed. No pushy upselling, but always lets me know things to consider for my car, as it's 10+ years old and needs more & more "band aids" these days. This particular trip I decided to go look on their car lot while I waited because I had seen they had another, newer, used tribute I was interested in looking at because it was 4 cylinders, and beings the price of gas these days, I wanted to downsize engines, so I had to at least try it out while waiting. I met Ed Southfield, one of the Sales Reps, while poking my nose thru the windows to getter a better look at the car. Very pleasant gentleman, I felt at ease and didn't feel like I was dealing with a "used car salesman" Ed is the Epitome of what "used car salesman" SHOULD BE. Very knowledgeable, very accommodating, just an all around nice guy. Not a pushy bone in his body, definitely a refreshing change of pace when shopping for a car. He took me out on the test drive, which was a very thorough test for the car, all different kinds of roads and speeds. Needless to say, Ed & his mgmt team were able to come to MY TERMS/Price on the newer tribute and I bought it. They got to keep my "just fixed" tribute and I took home the newer improved model. :) Probably one of the MOST Enjoyable car purchases I've ever been thru, and i've purchased MANY cars in my 50+ years. This was very helpful as I am not from the area, and do not know my way around Orange county freeways. I am very happy with the car I bought, as well as the price they sold it to me for. If I ever am in the market for another Mazda, I will definitely return to this dealership. More
