The first time I visited HB Mazda I fell in love with the CX 5 in the color red. I did not purchase a vehicle on my first visit, but Andrew kept in contact. I sent him a text on a daily basis with nonstop questions and he replied promptly each time. Andrew was able to get me a pretty sweet deal on the car I wanted. Once I was ready to purchase, Jeremy, finance manager, explained every number in detail. After all the contracts were singed, Andrew took me to my new CX 5 and explained the ins and outs of all the buttons in the interior, how to use navigation, etc. Thank you Andrew for your patience and awesome customer service! Definitely ask for him if you are looking to purchase a Mazda. He is so nice and patient and will answer all the questions you have about your new vehicle. He is such a problem solver also! He knew I had a non-working car and suggested I donate it...so he gave me the number to Make a Wish Foundation. When the papers were signed and the keys were handed over, we walked over to our new car and there was a giant red ribbon on the hood to make the purchase feel like a well deserved gift to yourself! It's a great personal touch and a great photo opportunity! Even after the purchase, he spent extra time helping me hook up to blue tooth and getting me familiar with all the features of the new car.
