Best Ever This is my 2nd New Mazda CX-5. I was intending to look around a bit at other dealers but once inside reminded me how I love this dealership. Everyon This is my 2nd New Mazda CX-5. I was intending to look around a bit at other dealers but once inside reminded me how I love this dealership. Everyone is so courteous and friendly although Joe Rosales has my sale!!! He is the greatest and hopefully I can send some friends down his way. I wasn't planning on buying yesterday but of course I couldn't resist. Excellent Service and I love my 2017 Mazda CX-5 and so does everyone that has seen it so far. Not many yet since I got it last nite and today is Easter but I Will be showing it off!!!!! I Highly recommend this dealership and Joe Rosales is your Guy!!!!!! More

They tried to rip me off They quoted my payments for 60 months. when I got home I did some calculations & found that my payments would be in excess of $10,000 over the cost of They quoted my payments for 60 months. when I got home I did some calculations & found that my payments would be in excess of $10,000 over the cost of the car plus interest. Over $3000 was for tax & tags. But over $4000 was for totally undisclosed charges. However, $1300 they had no explanation for. Also they offered only $1200 for my Camry trade-in with low mileage. They later raised this to $2600, but CarMax gave me $4500 for this vehicle. I can't believe that this dealership get's a decent rating, unless they pay employees to write favorable reviews. I believe that I've NEVER been more poorly treated by a car dealer in my 79 years. More

Got the Golf at a great price and they gave me a fair deal on my trade-in. Both Eric and Jonathan didn't put any pressure on me. They didn't try to force a dealer warranty on me. Just a chill, pleasurable buying experience. Took a test drive, traded my car in, got the contracts signed, and drove off in my new ride in under three hours! Would definitely recommend Eric, Jonathan, and the Mazda team to friends! More

Great purchase experience! This was my first experience in buying a car and after going to many dealerships and talking to several salesmen, I can safely say that Andrew Pham, i This was my first experience in buying a car and after going to many dealerships and talking to several salesmen, I can safely say that Andrew Pham, in HB Mazda, was among the salesmen I enjoyed the much discussing things with. He made me feel comfortable and, unlike other dealers, he didn't push me to buy the car immediately, which was the strategy many other dealers (unsuccessfully) tried to use on me. He also conducted things in a very transparent manner, not to mention he was very helpful in describing the car features and answering my questions. Needless to say, I ended up buying my car in here and I am very happy with my decision. Overall, HB Mazda acted in a very professional and accomodating manner, couldn't recommend them more! More

Rick Zeppenfeldt is amazing!!! Rick was such a pleasure to work with. He was not pushy/aggressive whatsoever however won the sale due to his persistence and great follow up skills.
