Respectful, clean and honest 5 stars for Joe Rosales and 5 stars for Huntington Beach Mazda. After 2 weeks of car shopping, I had seen many cars, many dealerships and many differe 5 stars for Joe Rosales and 5 stars for Huntington Beach Mazda. After 2 weeks of car shopping, I had seen many cars, many dealerships and many different sales people. My experience with Joe at HB Mazda was exceptional. The employees were neatly dressed and hygienic, the test drive was relaxed, and I wasn't hustled for extra dealership add-ons when it came time to talk about the price of the vehicle. Right away, Joe greeted me at the door and made me feel welcome and ready to help me with what I was looking for. It turns out that Joe was willing and able to work with my credit union's financing and my strict budget to get me into a car that was BETTER than what I came looking for. I was treated with respect and not rushed in any way. When the dealership wasn't able to give me as much as I needed for my trade in, they encouraged me to get an appraisal from Carmax one city over. Before leaving the dealership, Joe gave me his word that the price for the car I needed would be honored when I came back. Sure enough, when I got the appraisal I needed to make the deal with HB Mazda work, I called Joe and he started getting the car ready for me right away. When I returned to the dealership to sign, I was pleased that the signing process was easy, straightforward, and exactly as Joe had written up the purchase terms. Joe made sure the car was in great shape when he delivered it to me. He even noticed that it was lacking floor mats, so he put brand new floor mats in the vehicle for me upon delivery.
