Everyone was very nice including the GM Jerry. It's rare that a GM will come out to meet you and thank you for buying a car. This was one of the best dealership experiences I have had. Eric Magana was AWESOME!!!! I called the dealer and Eric answered, told him what I was looking for CX-3, trade in and colors. Arrived at the dealership and Eric did what he said, I called the dealer and Eric answered, told him what I was looking for CX-3, trade in and colors. Arrived at the dealership and Eric did what he said, pulled out he car I told him in the color I wanted. Only to find out, It was too small. Ended up getting the CX-5. The car is everything I could have imagined and MORE!! Eric was patient, NOT pushy and very nice through out the whole process. He was able to make my dream car a reality and get my payments where I wanted them to be! CJ (Eric's boss) was AMAZING as well!! HIGHLY recommend Eric and HB Mazda!! VERY HAPPY customer! More

I just bought a car today cx-5 and I'm in love I definitely wouldn't have got it without the help of Eric Magana he is such an amazing person and real I just bought a car today cx-5 and I'm in love I definitely wouldn't have got it without the help of Eric Magana he is such an amazing person and really cared about how I felt not just about selling a car and making the commission he was there for all three times I came in!! frustration I was planing to buy the new Miata RF and i had the CX-3 as a trade in. the internet sales guy called me up and told me, that a new RF in red is on t I was planing to buy the new Miata RF and i had the CX-3 as a trade in. the internet sales guy called me up and told me, that a new RF in red is on the way to HB. We made an appointment for the following Saturday and i told him not to sell the car on Saturday before i see it and he agreed. I was working on that Saturday till around noon and was on my way to the dealer when i received a message on my phone. "convenience call we sold the red RF" So he did not give me a chance to see the car even though we had an agreement. I am still frustrated about this More

Like anything, your experience can really be enhanced by who you work with so be sure to ask for ROBERT CHONG! He's not like your typical car salesman - he's honest, responsive, friendly, not pushy at all, and will try his best to make sure you are satisfied with the whole car buying experience from beginning to end! They also put these big red bows on every car and take some fun pictures for you, which they then send to you by text or email. A nice touch to the car buying experience!
