We had done a lot of research going in and he was able to answer all of our questions and give a clear breakdown of the price. We went on several test drives and Joe made sure we got to test all the features we were looking for. When it came to buying the car, Joe went above and beyond to get the right trim and feature package right away. He drove to pick up the car from another location and get it back to us that day. Fast, friendly, and thorough transaction I had a great transaction with Joe Balisalisa and Louis C (finance manager) at HB Mazda. I’m not a fan of talking on the phone or in person until I’m I had a great transaction with Joe Balisalisa and Louis C (finance manager) at HB Mazda. I’m not a fan of talking on the phone or in person until I’m sure I want to go through with the transaction and that was never an issue with Joe. He was never pushy. Joe was willing to answer all my questions and work with the issues and conditions that I presented over email until I was ready to come into the dealership. All of their staff was very friendly and easy to interact with. We didn’t have to deal with any of the back and forth that I’ve normally experienced. The finance manager made me feel comfortable with the transaction and was very down to earth and friendly too. Thanks for a great transaction and I’m loving my new Candy Apple Red Mazda! More

My little one had fun playing in their children’s room and eating popcorn and other snacks provided. Water, coffee, and hot chocolate are also available. We worked with Joe B. and Louis C. and they were both very quick and patient as we wrangled our little one. My husband even left to get a cashier’s check, which thankfully wasn’t a problem. These small gestures made everything very seamless. Overall, a top notch experience here. More

Unbelievable Car Buying Experience! I normally hate going to a car dealership to shop for a vehicle, but Joe Rosales and Huntington Beach Mazda have changed my mind! Working with Joe wa I normally hate going to a car dealership to shop for a vehicle, but Joe Rosales and Huntington Beach Mazda have changed my mind! Working with Joe was like hanging out with a my neighbor or a friend from church. Absolutely no pressure. And oh my goodness, they served us lunch! Fresh ground coffee and hot chocolate! Doing the paperwork was also completely pressure free and fast. This was my son's first car and when we were finished with the deal, Joe drove the car up with a giant bow on the hood. Fantastic! Then he took pictures of my son and the car and sent us a short video to memorialize the moment. I can't believe there is this much to say about our experience. I 100% will return to "Big" Joe and Huntington Beach Mazda! More

Great Experience Working with the Mazda HB Team I had a great experience working with Joe and the whole HB Mazda staff. I got the exact car I wanted, and am very happy with my purchase. I recently h I had a great experience working with Joe and the whole HB Mazda staff. I got the exact car I wanted, and am very happy with my purchase. I recently had to come back into the dealership to get my black powder coated rims installed (they look amazing btw), and they have a very comfortable and accommodating lounge where you can wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I recently had a problem with my phone contacts not syncing to my new car, so I came in and Joe Rosales took the time to make sure it connected properly, after about an hour trying to figure it out myself and spending over 30 minutes on the phone with Apple (iPhone would not sync), Joe was able to help me out in 5 minutes flat. This is my family's second purchase at this dealership and we are very happy with our cars. Thank you! More
