Other dealers took a bit of time to get back and mainly asked for my phone number and provided the information that I already saw online (repetitive). He got back to me with what I asked for and even provided pictures of the car. It was an easy decision on which dealership I was going to go to at that point and when I showed up I was greeted by his co-worker Carrie, who was exceptional and helped me get through the test drive and more payment plans based off of me wanted to get additional options on whether to lease or buy. In the end, joe was super friendly, easy to work with and made the process stress free for having this be my first time buying a car. Would recommend this dealership 10/10. More

He was awesome, and clearly explained to me what was new in the 2018 Mazdas, and what the important differences are in the various models. He was totally clear and realistic about what he could regarding down payments and monthly payments. He also knew that I wanted to keep my current car until the very end of the lease, and said to just come in whenever I was ready to choose something new. I went in yesterday, and he worked very hard to get me the features, color, and model I wanted. Today, I am the proud new lessee of a beautiful new Crystal Blue Mazda3 Sedan, and I couldn't be happier! Robert even got my oil changes and tire rotations included in my monthly payments! More

I live in La Puente but still make the drive there because they are just so helpful and explain fully in details whenever I have questions. Joe and the HB Mazda crew really do treat you like family. Joe was the most helpful! He made sure I knew how to use all the functions in my car after I drove out the lot. AND even after I purchased my car with him, I called him with questions and needed help with making an appointment for service. He helped get me to the right people.
