Excellent customer service from Fredy Campos. He opened early on a Saturday to assist with my appointment. New tires, alignment and brakes. Underwhelming Car Buying Experience It was my birthday and my first time getting a new car so naturally I was quite excited. My initial impression of George made me want to leave and go It was my birthday and my first time getting a new car so naturally I was quite excited. My initial impression of George made me want to leave and go somewhere else. He was not informative or enthusiastic. His answers to our questions were short and vague. I didn't feel like he was interested in our business. Excitement diminished. George did not sell the car more than I had already sold it to myself. We went inside to discuss pricing and eventually negotiated to a price we were happy with. When signing the papers, we weren't explained what we were signing. After signing all the documents we asked to look at the details and found the lease mileage was wrong. Good thing we checked! It was amended. They were unable to find my second key so I was to come back on Monday. If they couldn't find it, they would make me a new one. George offered to have the car detailed when I came for the key. Cool! I've never had a car detailing before. I get that it's a new car and there isn't much to detail anyway but I was looking forward to it. Nash reached out to us regarding the key replacement but they had already found the lost key. I mentioned the detailing and he told me that because I had purchased the car on a rainy day they were offering an exterior wash and interior vacuum, not a detailing. There did not seem to be clear communication amongst the team. When I picked up the spare key, George said he would take care of the detailing. I dropped my car off for the new car detail on a different day. Took an Uber home. My mom informed me that they should've had a shuttle service. This was not offered to me and I did not know to inquire of such services. In my opinion, this should be a standardized service step. 'Can I offer you transportation to your next destination?' 'No, I have a ride already OR Yes, that would be great' That question alone shows that you care and as a new customer I already don't feel valued. Shortly after purchasing the car, I reached out to George via email regarding some concerns with my tires and never received a response. I was concerned about the tire color. For a new car, they appeared brownish. When I came in to pick up the car (a week after sending the email), George came to address my concern. He assured me the tires were new and hadn't initially been dressed after purchase. After getting my car back, a lot of lint was visible on the exterior. It wasn't until I got home that I inspected the car further to find that it was still a little dirty in places inside and out. I definitely only received an exterior wash and interior vacuum. There was no attention to detail of any sort. I still had shoe scuffs in the front and the back. At this point I am annoyed and disappointed. My own car washers could do a better job. Time and money wasted. Everyone I interacted with was nice but nobody added to the experience and made it exceptional. Overall, I left feeling happy with the purchase but dissatisfied with the car buying experience. I work in hospitality and my experience was nowhere close to 5 star. More
