Great First Time Experience I'm not into giving reviews (good or bad) but this experience in particular definitely deserves to make sure to leave a good one. The overall experien I'm not into giving reviews (good or bad) but this experience in particular definitely deserves to make sure to leave a good one. The overall experience was a breeze! 3 years ago, I almost became part of this Mazda HB family for almost getting the CX-9. I am very particular with little things and has pet peeves with car designs and what it can offer. The person who helped me then was very patient and was in awe that I was giving attention to the car's back where the lights were ( I called them the "butt", which actually passed) but was extremely disappointed of the A Post. Being on a smaller side, the A Post was very wide for me to navigate. So, not the guy's fault, I went off to the next car. This time, I tried this dealership again since their sales staff were friendly. I walked in with my son thinking of leasing a CX 5. Here's where I met Shaun. HE IS VERY AWESOME! He did not waste either one of our time by giving me straightforward answers, which I definitely valued. Time is always Gold. He made the experience great. Between errands and dealing with a whole lot of follow up call/texts from other dealerships (a.k.a. ignoring all of them), I decided to stay with Shaun's honest offer. He went above and beyond and made things happen for my requests. He even made me stick to my budget and treated me like family (which I am a sucker for). Two days later, I am now a proud part of Mazda HB Family! Thanks Shaun for making it happen! ♡ More

Great people, not aggressive I came in just to check out the cars for fun but ended up buying a Mazda 3.
