I'm the owner of a cx5 that been having issues stalling sometimes and I was not happy wit this review is way overdue and Fredy really deserves it!!! I'm the owner of a cx5 that been having issues stalling sometimes and I was not happy with my car and feel unsafe, after they did some repairs the vehicle continued to have issues, Fredy gave me his cell phone number and his email and told me that if I ever have any issues with my vehicle, if I have questions or just want to set up my next appointment to contact him directly. Well my husband and I were driving home one day and the vehicle stalled in the middle of an intersection, I called Fredy to let him know that the car died again, he was on his day off and was having dinner with some friends but he immediately asked me where we were and said "Im on my way", 20 minutes later he arrived and checked the vehicle and attempted a couple of things to get the vehicle started but he said it was something Electronic and we need it to tow the vehicle into the shop, he contacted Mazda roadside assistance and make arrangements for a tow truck we waited until almost midnight and the tow truck never arrived, Fredy took me and my husband home and apologized because the tow truck never show up. He came first thing in the morning and pick us up drove us to the dealership and set us up with a loaner vehicle. A day later he informed us that they found the issue and it was an internal problem in the engine and that they were replacing my engine with a new one and that we had nothing to worry anymore but To be honest we were done with this car, lost confidence and were going to look for another Brand BUT just for the way Fredy handled the whole situation even on his day off, We decided to trade our cx5 for a Brand new one at the same dealer, nobody else would of even answer our phone call on their day off, he definitely went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of and we were happy. I don't believe we were going to find this kind of Customer Service anywhere else, Thank you Fredy for taking care of us and from keeping us away from other Brands. More

I called this dealership, before taking a drive over. Shaun spent time answering my questions regarding ditching my Honda and moving on to Mazda. He was very accommodating when I stopped by twice to view and test drive the Mazda 3. Shaun kept in contact with me via text about my plans. It wasn't a one-day deal for me, and he stayed the course. As you see in the photo, I bought the car I wanted. Shout out to Money Man Jersey in finance: thank you and get some big envelopes. ;) Shaun introduced me to the clean service dept, too, so I'll feel comfortable when stopping in for oil changes and to snack on popcorn. Shout out to Fredy with one "d." Shaun even said if I have any trouble setting up my phone, to stop by and they'd help. Considerate service at this dealership from beginning to end.
