Rolled in at 3pm on Saturday with that damned CHECKENGINE light on, from OOT, en route to Arizona where I had to be at work in 17hours. Fredy made it happen. They had the parts for an 11 yo Mazda 3 and were light on, from OOT, en route to Arizona where I had to be at work in 17hours. Fredy made it happen. They had the parts for an 11 yo Mazda 3 and were able to get me back on the road before 5 despite a BUSY afternoon in the service bays. He kept me updated by text and his time promises and predictions were accurate. And he was SUCH a sweetheart about it; He appears to really enjoy the people contact part of his job.
