Professional, Prompt, & Courteous Service Advisor Had my 2008 Mazda 3 towed to the dealership for a transmission warning light (AT light). When we arrived, Daniel greeted us and inquired about our rea Had my 2008 Mazda 3 towed to the dealership for a transmission warning light (AT light). When we arrived, Daniel greeted us and inquired about our reason for the visit. When he started the car there was a noise coming from the A/C unit which hadn't occurred before the vehicle was towed. The service technician and Daniel did a tremendous job following up throughout the process and interfaced with the towing company to get the damage associated with the tow covered. On top of that, he investigated the AT light further and found the vehicle was still under warranty! This isn't the first time we have had great interactions with the HB Mazda and Daniel. They are always helpful and considerate of customer's time. I highly recommend HB Mazda, the service team, and Daniel. Thank you Daniel for putting in the extra effort and making me feel comfortable throughout the process. More
