Ed did an outstanding job walking through the process of finding the right car, going for a test drive, filling out the paperwork and setting up the purchase. Thank you Tyson for an outstanding experience yesterday, 9/7/20. Thank you for making us comfortable after I made you aware of the horrible experience we had at another Mazda dealership in the Cerritos Auto 9/7/20. Thank you for making us comfortable after I made you aware of the horrible experience we had at another Mazda dealership in the Cerritos Auto Square the day before. One thing I noticed is that at no point did you speak negatively of that dealership. Being in sales, speaking badly of another establishment, even if there is some truth in it, is unprofessional. That didn't go unnoticed. We had to wait almost two hours for my wife to get off of work and get to the dealership. While we were waiting you came over to the table that myself and my kids were sitting at and had a conversation that included you telling us about your daughter's pets, showed us pictures of your dogs and talked about the cars we owned. We are both dog lovers and sharing pictures of our pups was fun. You just get it. The finance manager did not pressure us in the slightest while we were signing papers. And then, when we were leaving with our new car, you and your associate Greg gave us a voucher for a free annual parking pass at HB City Beach. I mean really? I know it's an agreement the city has with dealerships in HB, but at no point did you use that as a selling point. One reason why we purchased our CX-9 was to have room for my family and pup to go to the beach so this was a very kind gesture. A-1 service my friend. OC Mazda is very fortunate to have you. More
