Just another wonderful experience. I enjoy going over there and getting my car washed. They are just as serious making you feel good about a wash, as anything else they do. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Both the dealership and Veronica made my purchase easy and stress free. I am the kind of buyer who does her own research and decides what I ever had. Both the dealership and Veronica made my purchase easy and stress free. I am the kind of buyer who does her own research and decides what I want without sales person pressure. Veronica was great. It took me 3 months of test driving various makes and models before I decided on the Mazda. During this time Veronica answered my multitude of questions, always answering my text messages in a timely manner and never contacting me to check on my progress. I was most impressed with her sales philosophy. When I apologized for my endless questions and the length of time it was taking to make up my mind, she reassured me by saying, “ No problem, my job, is to be ready when you’re ready, take all the time you need.” Perfect! Joe Was the best of the best ! He made buying a new car enjoyable and fun. Great because:1. they did NOT recommend new tires or Great because: 1. they did NOT recommend new tires or brakes when I did not need them; 2. they fixed a stuck rear seat that would not fold forward w Great because: 1. they did NOT recommend new tires or brakes when I did not need them; 2. they fixed a stuck rear seat that would not fold forward without any charge to me; 3. on their website they had service coupons that saved me $35.00; 4. my service advisor, Chris, explained everything they did extremely clearly and went over the inspection sheet for my car thoroughly and showed me the things on my car that were in good shape that would not need any service. and 5. my car was washed and had plastic covering on the drivers seat when it was returned to me. An unusual car dealership that doesnt seem to enjoy ripping you off. I will make them my go-to dealer. More
