I worked briefly with Carrie to find my ideal car. I came in looking at a specific model from the website, but it didn't end up being the car I purchased. Carrie was great and offered to walk me around the l in looking at a specific model from the website, but it didn't end up being the car I purchased. Carrie was great and offered to walk me around the lot and see the other options that had all the features I wanted. She set me up with a test drive and she was helpful in telling me where I could test drive the car since I am new to the area. I never felt pressured by Carrie to buy a car and she was super helpful! Carrie referred me to the Mazda location in Tustin because that location had a car that fit my wants better. Carrie was definitely an important player in deciding to buy my Mazda from the Tustin location. More
