EDIT: changed 1 star to 3 stars after speaking to the manager and having some of the charges for the service refunded to me. I had my windshield replaced here recently and it was nothing but problems. I had to take my car back to the shop 3 times to fix things they broke. When I originally picked up my car the battery was dead on their lot (it previously had a healthy battery, according to the inspection they had just finished performing). I drove around to charge up the battery before heading home and pieces of my car's trim started falling off on the road. After getting these repaired I noticed they just didn't connect a whole wiring harness for my mirror/dash cam so I took it back to have it reattached. When I got home I realized my mirror and dash cam weren't working properly, and after looking at it more closely I saw they had cut some wires and reattached them in the wrong place. While they were up there they also uninstalled my map light cover and lost it, so I had to go back for a replacement for that too. Their service writer was rude and tried to blame me for all the issues, claiming I didn't inspect the car carefully enough before driving away. He then claimed that they knew there were issues with the installation, but they tried to hide them from me until I realized something wasn't right. They offered me a free detail for my troubles but I don't trust them with my car anymore. They should have just paid attention to detail in the first place. More
