The purchase process went smoothly and hassle free. Tyson and Eric were very helpful. I only have two concerns to share from the purchase. The second, being a certified preowned vehicle, I pointed out two cracks in the front bumper at the dealership. After my purchase, the next day I took the vehicle to Cherry Auto Body in Chino for an assessment (the damage indicated a small frontal impact and none was listed on the Car Fax). To correctly repair the front bumper would require a new one plus painting (bumper cost $, 3 stage paint job to match soul red color $$$). The last of the 2 was my biggest concern. Other than that, I would purchase again. No hidden fees or mark ups. More

I had the pleasure of being assisted by Fernando in the service department. He was eager and ready to help! Checking in my car was a quick and smooth. There was an issue with the part I needed, he quickly resolved the issue, kept me accurately informed through the entire process, was more than accommodating to me, and extremely considerate of my time. As a woman I am always hesitant of taking my car in to any shop, due to being over charged or told I need to get something fixed when I know it does not need fixing, however, I did not get that experience here, they are genuine and true to their work. This is BY FAR the best automotive experience I have yet to have with Mazda since first buying my car in 2016- 10/10 recommend. THANK YOU FERNANDO AND HUNTINGTON BEACH MAZDA!
