I am so greatly to have Veronica Paco as my Sales Manager who helped me purchased my new C5 Mazda. Buying a car can be very exhausting but Veronica's professionalism and smiling presence made me feel comfort who helped me purchased my new C5 Mazda. I also luv the Huntington Beach Mazda location. It has a very nice warm feeling that I would certainly send new customers their way for business. Joe was friendly and helpful to my family. He kept me informed constantly on the status of my car as it had to be shipped. When the car arrived he was not there to assist me. I came in with $1 He kept me informed constantly on the status of my car as it had to be shipped. When the car arrived he was not there to assist me. I came in with $11,000 cash to put on a car and pre-approval already from my credit union and told them from beginning I was only working with my credit union. I do not care for the other staff here. They ran my credit initially with my concern and I signed for it to hold/reserve the car. A month later I come to pick the car up I ask for a PO and instead of giving me what I asked for they ran my credit with no telling me or asking me can they run my credit. I was only notified because I have fraud alert on my credit reports and I received a call. I was offered a letter to state it was incorrect and have it removed after I confronted them, then when I asked for it the next day I was told they need to investigate and offered a dinner. A dinner is not going to change my credit report. They maybe be very helpful to others but based on my experience and my treatment I could never and would never recommend this dealership to anyone. Joe tired to fix everything the next day he was there and got me everything m credit union needed without all the games and hassle but damage was already done do to the hard inquiry on my report. If coming her I would recommend Joe Balisalisa and make sure you deal with only him during all your transactions. More
