I asked a few questions about the car and at no point did he come off as pushy or eager to sell me a car, but rather was more focused on my needs and what had caught my attention. After taking a car for a quick test drive I knew it was the car for me, we worked out a few things and I drove off in a new car. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I 100% recommend coming to HB Mazda. My experience buying the vehicle here was so smooth. I worked with Tyson to get into a brand new Mazda CX-9. I am actua recommend coming to HB Mazda. My experience buying the vehicle here was so smooth. I worked with Tyson to get into a brand new Mazda CX-9. I am actually a returning customer because my last experience with them was also extraordinary. Tyson was especially patient with me as we wanted to make sure we knew exactly where our money was going to. He never once gave us any attitude and again was extremely patient with us even when we had a million questions. We did the majority of the leg work in regards to financing over the phone so all I had to do was sign and drive. 100% recommend you work with Tyson as he made my buying experience incredibly smooth. Even the finance department was amazing, It was getting late and yet we didn't feel rushed nor did we receive any attitude from any staff at all. Explained all our terms and agreements perfectly and even when we had asked to repeat something again and again, never once gave us an ounce of attitude. The staff here at HB Mazda care deeply about their customers and I will definitely recommend these people if you're ever interested in purchasing a car from them. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. More
