Failure of Descent Customer Service - LOYAL JEEP Customer I have purchased 5 Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Humes. The last being a 2014 Overland! The 2014 needed to get inspected with only 3,150 miles I have purchased 5 Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee's from Humes. The last being a 2014 Overland! The 2014 needed to get inspected with only 3,150 miles on it. I took it out to Humes. When I was driving home, I noticed the front passenger seat had a small hole in the leather seat. I was in a hurry to get home and didn't think anything of it.; I had a brand new vehicle with a dealership that I have been dealing with for over 15 yrs. As well as an extended warranty. Imagine my chagrin, when the service dept advisor Brain called me and said it was not covered! I stated I only noticed it when I was driving home from getting inspected at Humes. He told me to call Jeep! I asked him for the number, he told me to look it up in my owner’s manual!!! Finally, I thought let me speak to Matt Clark. When he called me back the situation was not any better. He was condescending and patronizing to me. He stated there is no way, it could have happened here (the hole in the leather seat). Humes does not stand behind their LOYAL customers or care about you once you brought a vehicle. NEVER will I buy another JEEP or recommend anyone to a JEEP or Humes. I traded in that JEEP! GLad to be rid of it!! More

WONDERFUL experience! A friend had recommended Humes to us. We had purchased our previous Jeep through another dealership and were hesitant to go back to that one because o A friend had recommended Humes to us. We had purchased our previous Jeep through another dealership and were hesitant to go back to that one because of poor customer service, so we thought we'd give Humes a try. We're so glad we did. It was an absolutely wonderful shopping experience. Bob Corritore is the best salesman we've ever dealt with. From the first time we stepped on the lot, he was nothing but friendly and accommodating. We weren't sure which model we were interested in, so we asked to test drive three different models. Other salesmen would have acted annoyed or irritated, but Bob just took it as an opportunity for us to see what was available and even took time to show us all of the different features of each car. We told him that we weren't interested in actually making a purchase until the next month, and he didn't try to pressure us into making a sale that day. It was great! He gave us a quote for the model we were interested in, gave us his business card, and asked us to call him if we needed anything. He didn't try to sell us the car at a high price like other salesmen would. He gave us all of the discounts we qualified for and even told us about some that we didn't know about. We spent the next day or so thinking about the great experience we had and the fantastic price quote and decided to make an early purchase. A lot of that was because we loved the Jeep, but it was also because of Bob's kindness and exceptional customer service! The online financing process was quick and easy, and we got a great deal. When we went back to the dealership to pick up the Jeep, Bob and Leslie got us in and out of the dealership in about an hour. Bob gave us a tour of the parts and service departments and made sure we had all of the information we needed. Needless to say, we are very happy! We have an awesome new Jeep and we're very glad that we picked Humes over other dealerships. We will be referring all of our friends and family to Humes and Bob Corritore! More
