We took it back for inspections and all major work and were always pleased with their service. HOWEVER, the last inspection strained our relationship somewhat. Some damage was sustained by my car at some point during the inspection, and when I brought it to the dealership's attention nothing was done about it, which was puzzling and disconcerting. I voiced my dismay in my original review, which I am amending right now; and as a result I was contacted by Matt Clark, who apologized and sent someone to my house to address it. The issue was fixed in five minutes. I appreciate Matt's concern and willingness to do whatever it took to rectify the problem. I had always believed that Humes excelled in customer service and I'm glad to see that they still do. Thank you, Matt. As a result of your action, I am 'Disappointed' no more. More

Unexpected new truck Well Humes came thru again. With my lease being up in about 6 months, we've talked a few times about getting me into a new truck early, but the price Well Humes came thru again. Not a problem since I really like my current truck so waiting a few more months wasn't a big deal. Then out of the blue, Matt Clark calls me the other day with a deal I'd be a fool to refuse. So after discussing it with my better half, I went out and met with Bob Corritore to seal the deal today. Couldn't be happier. My wife and I both are still impressed with the service we get at Humes. They always go above and beyond for us. They always have whatever our situation might be and our kids in mind. I don't see how anyone can have a bad experience at Humes. From day 1 we've always been treated like family regardless of the reason we went there. From sales to the body shop, they always come thru. Never once had less than a fantastic experience.
