I went in 15mins before closing (not knowing what time they closed, whoops), and was helped by Big Joe. He was unlike any other salesman you'd ever meet! He listened to what I was looking at and for and offered suggestions. He went above and beyond his peers as he stayed well after closing with financing director Susan to ensure that i was approved and satisfied with my first car buying purchase, without rushing me like many other places would do. Big Joe is now a guy I will continually stay in touch with and be my first go-to person for anything about my car. Chris Coy is outstanding and should be recognized for everything he does! Best Car Purchase Experience Ever. I have bough approximately 10 used cars over my lifetime, and each time, it was a hassle. Negotiating on price, getting paperwork done, and getting l I have bough approximately 10 used cars over my lifetime, and each time, it was a hassle. Negotiating on price, getting paperwork done, and getting low values on trade ins (or at least offers for low values). My experience at Huggard and Ewing was the polar opposite of that. Easy, no haggling, and great people to work with. I got a great deal on my new car, a great price for my trade, and I feel really good about it. More

No used car salesmen here! My husband and I left a dealership frustrated. We took time off work to go to a dealership and buy a truck. The slimy salesperson wasted our time by p My husband and I left a dealership frustrated. We took time off work to go to a dealership and buy a truck. The slimy salesperson wasted our time by playing that "Let me see what I can do for you" game. The one where he takes your ID and leaves his desk for 10 mins to "talk to the boss" only to come back with a lame-xxx offer that isn't what you intend (or are able) to spend. Come to find out, they don't even let you NOT finance with them even though they admit their interest rates aren't the best. We should have known it would be a poor experience when we realized the guy's desk smelled like cotton candy. Gross. We found ourselves at Huggard and Ewing later that day. From our first step into the office, our experience was wonderful! All 3 people in the office stopped what they were doing, acknowledged us and said "hello." We dealt with Joe after that. He showed us the truck we were looking at and let us take it for a spin on our own (ever ride with a guy who smells like cotton candy? Don't. It's gross). When my "Eagle-Eye" spotted a stain and I asked if it could be removed, Joe didn't xx an answer. He brought over the guy who actually does the cleaning to see what he thought. Our experience and expectations were very important to Joe. He didn't pressure us into buying, but he didn't have to. We knew we wanted to purchase the truck. When we sat down for the paperwork, I thought "here we go again", but Joe didn't play the slimy "let's see what I can do for you" game. They have no haggle pricing. They didn't even pressure us to use their financing. Everyone was super friendly, and purchasing the truck was so easy. We will definitely go back to see Joe whenever we need new vehicles! More
