A Pleasant Buying Experience I found Huggard and Ewing online when I was looking for a newer crew cab truck. It was a bit of a ride from Connecticut but it was well worth it. I found the truck that I was looking for and Big Joe O'Donnell was great to work with throughout the entire process start to finish! Even though it was on a Sunday and the staff was at a minimum, Big Joe made sure I got taken care of and he has stayed on top of everything to make sure my purchase went smoothly. Susan in finance was able to get me an excellent rate for my financing and I was very pleased with her efforts. I had a few questions and Jillian got back to me very quickly with the information I needed. Finally, hats off to Tyler for jumping through the proverbial hoops to get my registration transferred to my new GMC. It was a bit of a ride to do it but he got it done! If you are looking for a good used truck at a great price, I would highly recommend you go see these folks. More

After test driving multiple cars at multiple dealers, I decided to test drive a few cars at Huggard & Ewing. After meeting salesman Sean and testing 3 cars, I committed to purchasing one that day. They combine the feel of a small, family business with a selection of quality vehicles that rivals the big dealers. Had a couple of issues with the car (non-mechanical) in the first month that were taken care of, no questions asked. Service manager Chris is great and very accommodating. They did however dirty the interior of the car a little during a service call and attempts to clean it were sufficient, but not back to original state - thus the reason for the 4-star rating (wish I had the option to give 4 1/2 stars) I would definitely recommend Huggard & Ewing to potential car buyers and definitely intend on being a repeat customer when my need for another car arrives. More
