Very happy with purchase & service. I showed up just to look, and with Jon's help, I drove four vehicles and purchased the one I had seen online. Within 3.5 hours of stepping into the dealership, I had driven, chosen, gotten financing, and signed on the dotted line. Susan in finance explained everything and answered all my questions so I made the best choices for the financing that matched my situation. I picked up my vehicle with new plates and registration two days later. I discovered two possible issues with the car, contacted them, and within a few minutes I had fabulous customer service setting up an appointment to service the car and give me a loaner. More

Great Communication! Stop by unannounced on a Sundaylooking for a truck I found on AutoTrader. Reggie came to our help trying to locate the 2012 Ram we wanted to see. After his multiple laps around the yard in the golf cart he came back with news that it was sold the day before. I asked for another truck and before we could blink he was back on that golf cart driving like a NASCAR driver trying to find the truck but he comes back empty handed again. He takes my number and wouldn't you know it the deal fell through and I get a phone call Monday morning saying the original truck is available! The whole process was great, Reggie would call and text me updates and the runner was able to bring the truck MUCH closer to my place once it was ready for delivery. They have a great selection of cars and trucks and I will be looking here once I'm back in the market for another pickup! More

My wife did a lot of research, and Huggard & Ewing had the most competitive prices. They stayed true to their no haggle philosophy which was OK given the low list price. I normally don't do reviews but this was an exceptional buying experience. Make sure you ask for "Big Joe" too! More

Worst experience with a dealer ever! Don't go there! I chose to go to huggard and ewing to purchase my vehicle because it was somewhat close to me and they had a great selection of cars, BUT I wish I rea I chose to go to huggard and ewing to purchase my vehicle because it was somewhat close to me and they had a great selection of cars, BUT I wish I read reviews on this place prior to making the trip there. Everything was fine up until I met with SUSAN PARK. Not only did she go through the financing paperwork super fast (she didn't explain anything until I asked about it) but she also lied to me telling me that I needed a total of $7,500 in order for me to finance my car. Mind you, the amount I would have paid would have dropped my balance way below that. After purchasing my car, I notified the credit union regarding this "policy", and they in turn told me that this information was incorrect and that she should not be telling customers this. I immediately felt like i was taken advantage of because in the end, they didn't care about me. All she cared about was making more money off of me in the long run. Needless to say, don't waste your time going here. I will never, ever, ever recommend anyone go here. I have removed the dealers sticker off my car and will soon remove the license plate covers and change them for different ones because I was not treated well and therefore will not make advertisements for this place in any way shape or form. This is why I am giving this dealership 1 star. If I had the option, they wouldn't even deserve the 1 star. More
