Big Joe said that we could trust him and by the time we were done we would be thrilled with the car and the experience. We traveled all the way from Amesbury because the price was very competitive. Everything we asked for to seal the deal Joe graciously not only complied but did so with courtesy and timeliness and great communication. When we came to pick up the car it looked like it just rolled off the factory floor, he had it cleaned and detailed to perfection. Joe let it be known as we took ownership that his job was now only just beginning. It was not only as we drove away but with communication afterward and good service. He even gave us his personal cell to call him if there were any concerns. Needless to say we are not skeptics anymore and would any and all of our friends to see Big Joe! Great Experience I found the car I was looking for on the Huggard & Ewing website and decided to take the 40 minute trip to take a look at the car. I noticed the car w I found the car I was looking for on the Huggard & Ewing website and decided to take the 40 minute trip to take a look at the car. I noticed the car wasn't on the lot and Big Joe came right up to help. He went to the lot next-door and came back with the car I came to see. He was very helpful and friendly. The car had a couple of cosmetic issues, but Big Joe assured they would be fixed. I decided to put down a deposit on the car and came back a week later to pick up the car. Everything that Big Joe said would be done was done. The car came out beautifully. I would recommend Huggard & Ewing and Big Joe to anyone. It was a great experience and I got a pretty good deal as well! More
