Not your typical used car dealership experience. I just bought a used truck off of Huggard & Ewing. The salesman "Big" Joe O'Donnell was amazing to deal with. Trying to find the right truck I was trying to find a truck for work. I seached at a few big dealerships which I can’t stand, they bring you inside first before you even get to see I was trying to find a truck for work. I seached at a few big dealerships which I can’t stand, they bring you inside first before you even get to see if they have a truck you like. After wasting a whole Saturday at the big dealerships I got home and seached online for trucks and Huggard and Ewing kept coming up with the best deals. I saw 2 Ram 1500 sport trucks online I really liked so I went there on Sunday with my wife when they opened and I met Big Joe O’ Donnell as I was walking in the lot. I told him I saw some trucks online I liked so we searched the lots went in checked the computer but they had already been sold the day before. He had a nice GMC Sierra fully loaded but it wasn’t in our price range. We found a 2016 Ram 1500 in our price range my wife really liked it, but it had basic options I wanted a fully loaded truck. So I told Big Joe what I was looking for and I told him to please call me when you get a truck I like in before it goes online. The next day Joe called me he found a 12 Ram 1500 sport fully loaded only 36,000 miles he sent a video and showed me it, he texted me pictures of the truck, he went all out to find me something which is a first for me at a car dealer. The truck had stripes on it which I was not a fan of, he said they could remove them which I figured would leave marks but he assured me it wouldn’t. So he handed it over to Chris Coy and the boys at the shop and they not only took off the stripes they gave me new tires, rotors, brake pads. The truck looks brand new. I never write reviews but this truck came out top notch. I have people asking me if it’s a 2017. Thanks again to Big Joe and Chris great work, will be sending family and friends. More

Amazing services I went in to look at a car and then joe came over and started talking to me and let me test drive the car I was looking at. Finally Well normally I hate the experience of buying a vehicle but this time was different. Joe explained everything they do at Huggard@Ewing before you pick up the vehicle and made me feel at ease because just had a bad experience at a dealership I bought 3 cars previously. Car shopping My wife and I were looking for a car for her and we had been all over Rhode Island looking and couldn't find the right car at the right price. My son My wife and I were looking for a car for her and we had been all over Rhode Island looking and couldn't find the right car at the right price. My son had bought his used car from Huggard and Ewing a few years back and suggested we check them out. We stopped in and we met Big Joe O'Donnell he was the most helpful sales person we had ever met. He drove us all around the lot locking at suv's and we just couldn't find the right fit. But we did see a 2013 Lincoln MKZ, 3.7L - AWD. We took it out for a drive and we liked the car a lot but we had a list of items we had concerns about. Big Joe said not to worry he would get them taken care and have the car put through the service department and checked for other issues. True to his word all the items were taken care of and the brakes were replaced as well. I know if I need to get another vehicles I'm going to see Big Joe at Huggard and Ewing first. More

Used car shopping at its best...if you're fortunate enough to work with Salesman Joe O'Donnell, Sue Park in the Finance Department, or the fine gentle Used car shopping at its best...if you're fortunate enough to work with Salesman Joe O'Donnell, Sue Park in the Finance Department, or the fine gentlemen in service! ALL went above and beyond their duties to make my car buying experience a positive one. Joe made sure that I was out the door in less than 1.5 hours, as I was on a very tight schedule. Sue worked diligently on finding the lowest interest rate possible, and the guys working the wash bay had my Jeep looking like a brand new automobile!
