We came into the dealership 40 minutes before closing and was promptly greeted by a sales person. We sat down to express to him that we would like to test drive a sienna or a suv. He was telling us about the certified pre-own siennas and we expressed to him that we are not interested in any used car if it was a pre-leased vehicle. He seemed surprised and tried to tell us how great a pre-leased vehicle is. We tell him it's a personal choice and asked to test drive a 2011 sienna. As we were walking to the lot..he pointed to some used sienna and I asked him if it's pre-leased. He said he doesn't know and would probably have to pull the carfax on the vehicles. My respond to him was, "well, since you are not sure if they are pre-leased or not, then we should just go test drive the 2011 sienna, because that is really what we wanted." He directed us the the new car lot which was a good 10-15 minutes walk to where the siennas are parked. Being 6 months pregnant and the weather close to 100 degree I asked him if he had a inventory book where we can look at and they can pull a car up to the front for us to test drive. He stated the they do not have an inventory book. By the time we got to the sienna section, He just pointed to all the siennas and said which one do you want to test drive. I had to go from car to car to look at the sticker list that states what model it is. By the time I found what we want to test drive, he said to us, "ok, we are just going to drive around this parking lot since we are closing soon." By this time, I'd had it with his indifferent attitude. It was the 3rd time he had mentioned they are closing soon. During the 20 minutes we were with him, he had stated 3-4 times that he's been in this business for 20 years everytime we ask him question that he felt he would need to provide good customer service. We left the dealership and went to a Honda dealership in clifton that we'd planned to visit. The experience there was completely different. We walk in and was greeted right away. We expressed we would like to test drive the Odyssey and the Pilot. The sales person told us to wait in the dealership while he get the cars ready. He pulled up the pilot first and had the air condition running already. We expressed to him we would like to test on bumpy roads and he made a special test drive route for us. In the end we unknowingly stayed past their closing hour and did not hear a word of it from the finance manager nor the sales person. The result, we are in the process of closing the deal with the honda dealership in a couple of days. More
Had a great experience. When we first drove up to Hudson Toyota, we were instantly greeted by William Guaviria. I came in wanting to check out what kind of different used cars they may have. I told William I would be purchasing a car with a auto loan from another bank, so he advised me to try to finance with Hudson Toyota and maybe I would be able to get a lower rate than the other bank. I was very interested in the Scion TC and he told me that a new TC it was well within my budget. We sat down, filed all paperwork and I was able to finance with them. Next thing I knew, I was driving out the lot with my new Scion TC! Thank you William. I love my new car! More
I had a great experience at Hudson, Toyota. As soon as I enter the showroom, I was greated in a friendly manner. Mr. Hakim did everything possible to make me feel welcome and at home. He offered coffee and pastries while Mario offered me water. They made sure I felt comfortable. Thank you Mr. Hakim and Mario. Mr. Hakim took the time to show me different models of Corollas and explained in details the new features of the 2010 Corolla LE. I found him knowledegeble of his work. My overall experience was good from start to finish. The atmosphere is not one of pressure but more of a willingness to work with you. Whenever you are doing something like getting a new car there is enoug atmosphere is not one of pressure but more of a willingness to work with you. Whenever you are doing something like getting a new car there is enough anxiety and you don't want it to feel confrontational. At Hudson I never got that feeling. As much as they want you to buy from them I got the feeling that if it wasn't working for either side for any reason they would have not given me that "You need to buy this car" feeling. In these times that kind of treatment can go a long way. People just don't have time to shop for hours and hours at different dealerships to possibly knock off a few dollars. I think that even if I looked around, the treatment that I got would more than make up for a couple dollars savings, if I could even find that. More
My experience with this dealership was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. They never gave me the run around and where up front about what they could and could not do, which is a welcome change from my previous experiences with other dealerships. From the minute you arrive all the employees you come in contact with are friendly and seem to be genuinely happy to be working there and they don't have that pushy sales attitude that makes you want to leave. I can not say enough about Hudson Toyota and its employees and have recommended this dealership to several people. More
