I was warmly greeted and helped with enthusiasm. Allen Edwards was extremely courteous and friendly and made the whole experience very pleasant. He helped with details.....even contacted my insurance company for me and had them fax over a temporary insurance card and explained all the paperwork and asked me to make sure to call him if I had any questions. I was greeted with the same enthusiasm and courtesy from Joe Bermudas (hope I am spelling his name right). He was so plesant, all smiles, and once again, no pain or hassle and a complete understanding of the procedure. I recommend this dealership highly. They give people the respect and courtesy that they deserve and make the transactions easy and with a full understanding of the process. And a friendly send off too in your new car! More
I like that fact that I did not go to buy a car, I just went to look and by the end of the night I drove out in a brand new car. I have been through the vehicle purchasing process many times, as I have been leasing vehicles for the past 14 years. In this time, I have dealt with 5 different dealerships, none of which I wished to deal with again. This was my first time at Hudson Toyota, and I was more than pleased with my experience. My sales rep, William G., was not only knowledgeable about the vehicles, but honest as well. He took the time to listen to my family's needs and pointed us to the vehicle that he felt would best suit them (the Highlander) due to the fact that my husband and I were debating three different models. His suggestion ended up being the best thing for my family and we love the vehicle. In addition to the friendly service we received, we also dealt with the financial staff: Warren L. and Michael D. They made the process of leasing painless. They were concerned with keeping my lease within the parameters I provided and did so. This was my best experience overall. I would not only recommend Hudson Toyota, but they continue to get my family's business from here on out, in spite of the fact that I live in Middlesex County. I have never dealt with a more caring and professional staff. They made my experience truly great. More
I purchased a used Honda 2001 within 1 week the transmision and the door was having problems. I had it serviced which took 1 week for anyone to call back! 3 weeks later I still do not have the car transmision and the door was having problems. I had it serviced which took 1 week for anyone to call back! 3 weeks later I still do not have the car back and i have had to stay on top of them otherwise no one calls you back! FYI if vehichle is > 5yrs or over 60,000 there is no lemon law so be very careful.Always ask for the warranty details I was not given this at time of purchase only after the vehichle has problems. There was so much wrong with it but I got what I was looking for at Hudson Toyota. They took the troubled car in and told us it should never have been sold in the condition it was in. They turned a financial disaster around when they put me in a rav4. Our salesman, Qulzam Zaman, was very attentive to our needs and went out of his way to see that I was comfortable while my husband talked money with financing. There wasn"t any question he couldn't answer and the nice man even brought me a hot chocolate! (I love stuff like that). This is the first new car I ever had, and it's great! Just yesterday we met a man who knew who we were by the car we bought. That was 2 weeks ago! Everybody there seems to be on top of things, kind and helpful. Mr. Zaman made our visit very enjoyable and was a great salesman to work with. My toyota corolla (1992) lasted 18 years before we bought the new car. If we're lucky, we'll be back picking out our 2014 Rav4. Thanks everyone at Hudson Toyota for the great service. More

Not only did he fail to thank us for our business upon putting down a deposit on a vehicle, he also failed to follow up with us, , answer our questions, return phone calls in a timely manner and once we decided to take our business elsewhere, he never once called to apologize. We felt like he wasn't interested in our business at all. This both surprised and disappointed us considering the economic times and most importantly recent events with Toyota Corp. We will never due business with this dealership again. More

My transaction started over the phone on a Wednesday Nite & I was approved for a "NEW" car the following day. I picked up my car that Saturday & this was one of the happiest days of my life "January 2007." The people made you feel so comfortable & more like family then anything else. They go over every detail with you (about the vehicle & the contract) nothing is left out & no question was a "Stupid" one, therefore you don't feel rushed or pressured about anything. I am so thankful that I was watching TV on that faithful Wednesday Night & saw an advertisement for "Hudson Toyota".. This is the "BEST" dealership around. If you don't live near by, it's worth the trip I don't care how many miles you have to travel. Last but not least; if your credit isn't so good just give them a call & someone will work with you. Don't be afraid to call, because you'll miss out on a spectular opportunity, trust me... More

Overall I am alright with the vehicle but not the sale, however, at the end of the transaction, they started pushing me the LoJack. I did that in one week, and now it has been two months and never got my refund back. It is a $600 lost which I am still trying to gain back. Left three voice message with their credit dept Manager Warren,but he never replied. Moreover, sales would lie to you saying that you can get the remote start installed for $360, I drove the new SUV over and then they told me that it is $540, if I knew I would have drove the smaller car to just retrieve the number plates, to save gas, since I had to drive 80 miles; I was not going to get the remote start. Whatever it is, I may go back to get a car, only if there were deals like the zero percent financing. They may have alot of inventory, but watch out for their tricks and sales gimmick. Do not sign up with anything else if your intention was just to get the car, other than that, reduce your frustration by just getting the car and nothing else. One more thing, it was BS that the tank of gas was filled up, it is an SUV, fu****** 30 dollars exxon gas card will not even take me to the 2nd mark on the gas tank gauge, when they state on the sticker that it comes with full tank of gas. Also, if you care to pay 30plus grand for a vehicle, you expect to get a leather pouch to store your ids, insurance cards, warranty docs, etc, but crap, this dealer does not bother to give you that, instead they give you some crappy cardbox pouch for you to store your docs. Honestly, if wasn't for their massive inventory meaning more selection, I would not have gone there. I am yet to write a letter to Toyota headquarters for the $600 BS LoJack refund. Maybe Penske should start looking into this dealership to find out those moles... More
