Talking about "Customer Service" my experience was more like "Royality Service" I live in Orange County New York and traveled almost two hours to buy my "Toyota" because the dealerships that were right her like "Royality Service" I live in Orange County New York and traveled almost two hours to buy my "Toyota" because the dealerships that were right here in my backyard gave me the run around. My transaction started over the phone on a Wednesday Nite & I was approved for a "NEW" car the following day. I picked up my car that Saturday & this was one of the happiest days of my life "January 2007." The people made you feel so comfortable & more like family then anything else. They go over every detail with you (about the vehicle & the contract) nothing is left out & no question was a "Stupid" one, therefore you don't feel rushed or pressured about anything. I am so thankful that I was watching TV on that faithful Wednesday Night & saw an advertisement for "Hudson Toyota".. This is the "BEST" dealership around. If you don't live near by, it's worth the trip I don't care how many miles you have to travel. Last but not least; if your credit isn't so good just give them a call & someone will work with you. Don't be afraid to call, because you'll miss out on a spectular opportunity, trust me... More
Cesar, the salesperson, provided great overall service from the time my wife and I drove up to the dealership until we shook hands after finalizing the deal. Overall I am alright with the vehicle but not the sale, however, at the end of the transaction, they started pushing me the LoJack. I did that in one week, and now it has been two months and never got my refund back. It is a $600 lost which I am still trying to gain back. Left three voice message with their credit dept Manager Warren,but he never replied. Moreover, sales would lie to you saying that you can get the remote start installed for $360, I drove the new SUV over and then they told me that it is $540, if I knew I would have drove the smaller car to just retrieve the number plates, to save gas, since I had to drive 80 miles; I was not going to get the remote start. Whatever it is, I may go back to get a car, only if there were deals like the zero percent financing. They may have alot of inventory, but watch out for their tricks and sales gimmick. Do not sign up with anything else if your intention was just to get the car, other than that, reduce your frustration by just getting the car and nothing else. One more thing, it was BS that the tank of gas was filled up, it is an SUV, fu****** 30 dollars exxon gas card will not even take me to the 2nd mark on the gas tank gauge, when they state on the sticker that it comes with full tank of gas. Also, if you care to pay 30plus grand for a vehicle, you expect to get a leather pouch to store your ids, insurance cards, warranty docs, etc, but crap, this dealer does not bother to give you that, instead they give you some crappy cardbox pouch for you to store your docs. Honestly, if wasn't for their massive inventory meaning more selection, I would not have gone there. I am yet to write a letter to Toyota headquarters for the $600 BS LoJack refund. Maybe Penske should start looking into this dealership to find out those moles... More

I ended up with Jose from Sales on Tuesday April 6, 2010 and he did not have any knowledge of Toyota Sienna 2011. He took very long to get the car for me to show. He did not know most of the Functions that and he did not have any knowledge of Toyota Sienna 2011. He took very long to get the car for me to show. My experience with Toyota on this week was awesome. I was desperately in search of a Toyota Camry and Hudson Toyota stepped up to the plate. The hospitality that was given by Sales Rep. Cesar was indescribab desperately in search of a Toyota Camry and Hudson Toyota stepped up to the plate. The hospitality that was given by Sales Rep. Cesar was indescribable he was determined and persistent in getting me just what I was looking for. He gave me options and choices that I could not resist and he was so patient with me because I was giving him a hard way so I thought, but he remained humble and came through for me and I drove off Hudson Toyota Lot today 5/01/10 with my 2010 Camry. The day that I bought this car, I wan not really planning on buying one. When I came to the dealer, Cesar was the first one that I saw. He went through every little detail with me. They always tell me that without good credit, I won't e able to buy a car, Cesar prooves hem wrong. He helped with all his heart , and I can say that because of his effort , his enthousiasm, and his love for what he isactualy doing, everyhing was possible. I also had to hink my financial adviser Roman that actually worked with me and found programs that will help and give the opportunity to have a lower interest on my car. All of that were possible because of the interest that they put ino their work. Big Thanks to Cesar and Roman. Your are my Heros, From th bottom of my heart. More

The worst part of my experience was to deal with Cesar A Ronquill shopped around in other dealerships too and Hudson Toyota was absolutely the worst. The worst part of my experience was to deal with Cesar A Ronquillo (sales). To make a long story short, he made numerous attempts to play tricks with numbers, eg. sales price, trade-in price. When we discovered his tricks on numbers and the deal fell through, surprisingly he was still trying to trick us with some bogus calculation of prices to convince us that the deal was the best deal we could find. He would go as far as saying "Look at this price -- we are providing the remote control key that's worth $659 to you for free.", when remote control key is a standard feature on any new cars you can find in U.S. nowadays. I understand all salesmen always try to throw numbers at customers to get us confused, but there are some that are more skillful and some that are totally unskillful. Cesar A Ronquillo is definitely at the bottom of the "unskillful" list. More
