I went in planning to buy a used 4Runner. I left the same day with the car (though I had wanted to pick it up the next day, which they would not let me do). They also refused to give me a 2nd key for t same day with the car (though I had wanted to pick it up the next day, which they would not let me do). They also refused to give me a 2nd key for the car. I did not know there was only 1 key for it until I was getting into my new car. David was helpful, but the horror story began when I left the dealer. When I left I realized one of the directionals did not work; I never thought to check it because it should have been something that worked. I called David and left a message when I returned home, 45 minutes away. As night fell, I realized that a light bulb in the dash was out. I was not happy with that either. When I turned my car on the next day (July 4th), all the dash lights came on. And stayed on. This included the check engine light. I called David the next day and he told me service was closed. I let him know I would be in after work on Tuesday to have it looked at. He also did not seem surprised about the situation. "Oh it figures" was his response. I brought it in the next day at around 2 pm, and the service department was very rude to me. They told me I should have called and made an appointment to bring it in in a few days. I was not about to wait more time to have my car fixed. I told them the salesperson knew I was coming, and they said he never let them know. Talk about a lack of communication. They ended up putting in a new catalytic converter and fixing the blinker with an incorrect bulb, but the backlight on the dash was never repaired. Then on July 31, my sunroof malfunctioned. I took it to Prestige Toyota, much, much closer to my house. They fixed it and I had to pay $950.00. I was furious because I had just purchased the car and the sunroof had to be repaired. They also fixed the blinker light but informed me that the backlight on the dash would cost $85.00 to fix-$3 for the bulb and $82 for labor! Now just this past weekend my air conditioner began making a terrible noise. It is not a normal noise for the air conditioner to make. I am very aggravated with the car and feel Hudson Toyota knew it had these issues but failed to fix them before allowing someone to take it home with them. I understand it is a used car, but I don't I will never return to buy a car from them, and I will also dissuade everyone I know from buying a car at Hudson Toyota. More

This is my sixth acquisition (3 leases and 3 buys) from this dealership. I have returned because I have always been treated well and they do follow-up with their customers. My family and I have purchased a new Toyota Camry 2011 a few days ago at this dealership. We came in with our research done, and we were promptly greeted by Cesar. He conducted business in a respectable, pr few days ago at this dealership. We came in with our research done, and we were promptly greeted by Cesar. He conducted business in a respectable, professional demeanor. We were not the easiest of customers to negotiate with, but Cesar proved to be extremely reasonable. We walked away from the dealership in a few hours with a great deal and a new car. For those that know what they want and do their homework before walking into the dealership, talk to Cesar. He'll hear out your offer, and try and meet you as much as possible. If you don't know what you want, Cesar didn't BS us either. He showed us a printed copy of the dealership invoice for the particular model we were looking for, and was very upfront in doing business. There are horror stories with dealerships and the way they scam their customers. However, this dealership, in our experience, seems to be legitimate in the way they conduct buisness. No shadiness here. If you want a new car, I highly recommend that you come in with an idea of the car you want, a price figure, and go find Cesar. It's always the salesperson that makes or breaks your car shopping experience. More

I was helped by a salesperson by the name of Jack Stessler,it was the first time I had ever been in a Toyota showroom. I was amazed by his complete knowledge of the Highlander,actually overwhelmed by all of the usefull gadgets that were included in the car.He insisted that I take a test drive and I am glad he did insist.I knew then that I was going to buy this car no matter what price I had to pay. It has now been 4 days and everyday I am discovering new features that I didn;t know existed.
