Mr. Alvarado was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. We were not very familiar with Toyota as a brand name and he was just the right person to give us a good run-down. I will be honest with you I would of not have purchased my new vehicle if it was not for Jean Rock. I previously have purchased a 2008 Toyota Corolla CE from him and every month he called to make sure everything was okay with my vehicle, and myself. This is service that you do not receive from someone who only cares about selling you something you do not need, especially after the sale is made. In Jan. of 2010, Jean Rock called me and made me aware of a promotion that Toyota was having and said I should come in and take advantage of it. Trusting his advice, I did and was not disappointed. Jean Rock helped me, purchase a brand new 2010 Corolla LE, fully loaded, with car alarm, and LoJack for a reasonable amount more than I was paying for my 2008 Toyota Corolla which had none of those features. He did not have to do this, I had no way of knowing I could afford a 2010 Toyota Corolla LE for just a small amount extra. This is above and beyond, great customer service and if I could give him and Hudson Toyota a higher rating for customer service, I would definitely do so. In fact, today I got into my car and notice my tire light was on, and I called Hudson Toyota, and was immediately able to schedule an appointment for today convenient to my schedule. Jean Rock called me about an hour later, and left a message asking me to come see him when I came in to follow up about how I was enjoying the car. Once again, this is above and beyond, and of course when I brought the car in to get my tire plugged, he was there and followed up with me about the car, my family, etc. It is for service like this from salespeople like Jean Rock, that I will continue to buy cars at Hudson Toyota, because I know that Jean Rock cares about the people that he sells cars too. More
Two words can ony describe the sales people I worked with @ Hudson Toyota and that's HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Usually people visit dealerships on the defensive, ready to fight for a deal. I went in with the sa @ Hudson Toyota and that's HONESTY and INTEGRITY. Usually people visit dealerships on the defensive, ready to fight for a deal. I went in with the same strategy, only to learn that I didn't have to. Mario and his team was very knowleadgable on the product I wanted to buy as well as all the financing options that were available to me. Simply said, I may not have received the best deal possible on the car, but I can to tell you this, I don't care. WHY? The reason for this is that the level of customer service presented by Mario and Jaoquim are the best I have experienced by any dealer. That service alone is priceless. They were very interested and concerned on how I felt with the vehicle. They called me for nearly a wekk after I bought the car just to make sure I was happy. They even called for our birthdays. Like I said, price is improtant, but to me, customer service is much more important. Creating a relationship with your dealer is unheard of and not likely to happen, but I was able to make that connection @ Hudson with Mario. Personally, I had the best experienced I could have possibly received. Anymore excellent customer service demonstrated, I may have walked out with two cars. Which by the way, I will be returning to this dealer for my second vehicle. More

I was there late in the evening today to get a used toyota Highlander. I enquired about the SUV while taking the test drive regarding number of owners (was told single owner), clean car ( without accidents) etc and hence liked it. Later we spent about more than an hour discussing the price and the APR. When everything was finalized and the credit card also given for down payment, I asked if I could get the carfax. In that I discovered that it had 2 owners and had accident. When I pointed it out, the sales person was trying to convince me saying that it could have been just a scratch on the rear bumper, where as in the carfax it was clearly stated that "rear end primarily damaged". It was really disgusting that I trusted the sales person and did not check the carfax initially and ran my credit check for no reason. More

I am writing this letter to personally thank Jacques Hakim and Yanirys De La Cruz for providing excellent customer service to me on Friday November 18, 2010, during the process of leasing a 2011 Toyota Hakim and Yanirys De La Cruz for providing excellent customer service to me on Friday November 18, 2010, during the process of leasing a 2011 Toyota Camry SE. In 37 years my wife and I have purchased or leased 15 cars. The transactions have ranged from small to mid-sized cars to luxury vehicles and trucks. The service I received from Jacques was first-rate and equaled customer care we have received from purchasing a Lexus. This is incredible since one would expect top of the line service when purchasing or leasing a $52,000 luxury vehicle; I am happy to report that both Jacques Hakim and Yanirys De La Cruz provided me that same level of service at Hudson Toyota. Finance manager Yanirys De La Cruz, was the complete professional! She explained available options, including auto security accessories, warranty agreements, and the importance of GAP insurance. I choose the GAP insurance, but did not feel any high sales pressure from her either. It was an enjoyable experience. I would gladly recommend the use of Hudson Toyota’s fine sales and finance team to my family and friends for their future car and truck needs. I have also received good service from your service department. Toyota and Lexus have become our vehicles of choice because of the satisfying experience we have received. Let me take that one step further and say that Hudson Toyota has become my dealer of choice as a result of Jacques Hakim and Yanirys De La Cruz. As a side note, this is the second lease I have received from Hudson Toyota. Please feel free to share my sentiments within the Toyota organization to recognize these outstanding performers! Our sincere appreciation to Jacques and Yanirys! the salesperson was very helpful in my selection of leasing over buying a vehicle. I went in looking what i would qualify for and since i didn't have any money for a down payment,leasing was the option leasing over buying a vehicle.
