When I arrived at the dealership there are sales staff at the door greeting me and directing to and accepted a very very good price for the vehicle. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of customer service I received at Hudson Toyota. They are in the business of selling cars, but that does not mean they can't be honest. I initially looked for a Toyota Sienna in Queens and was disappointed by the promises I received that were simply inaccurate. At Hudson, they were courteous and told me honestly when my requests were untenable. The bottom line is they are happy to provide you great service even if you demand that they sell at competitive prices. I did my research ofn appropriate price for the car I wanted and agreed to sell at my price. They also have a great inventory. Also, surprisingly, there was no high pressure tactics to sell you the extra warranties, lo jack, etc. They offer, but understand if you decline. That is much appreciated. More
