This was my first experience buying a new car on my own and everyone at Hudson Toyota made me feel very comfortable. Warren Lustig and his team went out of their way to accommodate me. I have been leasing new cars from hudson Toyota for the past 20 years and I have been dealing with salesman John Gutierrez for 10 years he has alway been a top of the line sales person he is always kind an past 20 years and I have been dealing with salesman John Gutierrez for 10 years he has alway been a top of the line sales person he is always kind and respectful . He has always bent over backwards to fulfill my needs and exceeds in getting me in my price range. John is extremely knowledgable of all the features of all makes and models of cars Toyota has to offer. He also goes out of his way to call me at home to see if I am happy with my new car. Yesterday, 12/15/11, My son brought my 2010 Corolla for its due 30,000 mile maintenance. Its odometer read 30,657. We also reported some noise at the breaks. The technitian calls me when the job is fin its due 30,000 mile maintenance. Its odometer read 30,657. We also reported some noise at the breaks. The technitian calls me when the job is finished and tells me the job costs $725,17. I request the breakdown of the cost. He tells me that the oil was changed, the breaks were replaced and additional "recommendations" were performed. I asked him about the 30,000 miles maintenance job and he tells me that he didn't do it. These are the recommendations that he did: Job 4: Body Electrical: 27.90 Job 5: Body Elec cconcern: 31.50 Job 6: Throtle body service: 99.95 Job 7: Fuel Injector service 125,87 Job 8: A/C Cabin Filter: 69.95 Job 9: Rear Brake Svc: 69.95 My car is one year old and I don't think I needed those recommendations. In total, this is what I get: Total Parts: $177.34 Total Labor: $598.08 And no 30,000 mile maintenance. I requested to speak to the manager, the tech tells me he is the manager, he starts getting loud in front of my son. I give in, pay for the service and here I am. Respectfully, Pablo More

I visited this dealership because of it location, inventory, website and reviews from other customers. Based on those reviews, I dealt strictly with Cesar R. Cesar was warm, friendly, and he took the inventory, website and reviews from other customers. Based on those reviews, I dealt strictly with Cesar R. Cesar was warm, friendly, and he took the time to know me as a both a person and consumer. Cesar was patient with me although I took quite a bit of time (almost a year) deciding on when to purchase my vehicle. Once I finally made my purchase, Cesar stayed with me for hours after the dealership closed until almost midnight while my new vehicle was prepped and detailed to take home! I would purchase another car from this dealership. Since I live out of state, I can't come in for regular service, but will stop by if possible when in the area. The service area is modern and very spacious. More
