I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr. Ronquillo for the trading of my Toyota Sienna a vehicle I also purchased at Hudson Toyota, about 6 years ago. It was a pleasure he was very helpful made me feel really trading of my Toyota Sienna a vehicle I also purchased at Hudson Toyota, about 6 years ago. It was a pleasure he was very helpful made me feel really comfortable and happy I was getting a great deal on a 2010 Camry.He answered all my questions, and was very patient as I made my decision. I will recommend him to my friends and family. I'm happy to say it was a great experience. The Toyota is a great car I'm happy to say there are a total of 3 Camry's, an Avalon, a Yaris and a Sienna in my family. Again, I want to thank Mr. Ronquillo for the great service. This is by far the worst car buying experience. I initially contacted this dealer regarding a Honda CR-V. Shelley, the internet sales person, scheduled a test drive for me. She said that I would me initially contacted this dealer regarding a Honda CR-V. Shelley, the internet sales person, scheduled a test drive for me. She said that I would meet Juan García. From that moment on, in the next couple of days (new year's eve and Jan 1st), I got about 10 calls or so -reminding me of the appointment. When I finally went in on Jan 2nd, there was no Juan García, but Joseline. She seemed not to know the CRV. We first walked around the lot for 15 minutes (30 degrees outside). We then drove around and never found the cars. She didn't even give me other options. We spent about 45 minutes going around the lot and she found nothing to show me -not even an option! I obviously left. Bought the car 2 hrs later at a dealership in Brooklyn. Thanks for wasting my time Hudson Toyota. More

I have been leasing new cars from hudson Toyota for the past 20 years and I have been dealing with salesman John Gutierrez for 10 years he has alway been a top of the line sales person he is always kind an past 20 years and I have been dealing with salesman John Gutierrez for 10 years he has alway been a top of the line sales person he is always kind and respectful . He has always bent over backwards to fulfill my needs and exceeds in getting me in my price range. John is extremely knowledgable of all the features of all makes and models of cars Toyota has to offer. He also goes out of his way to call me at home to see if I am happy with my new car. Yesterday, 12/15/11, My son brought my 2010 Corolla for its due 30,000 mile maintenance. Its odometer read 30,657. We also reported some noise at the breaks. The technitian calls me when the job is fin its due 30,000 mile maintenance. Its odometer read 30,657. We also reported some noise at the breaks. The technitian calls me when the job is finished and tells me the job costs $725,17. I request the breakdown of the cost. He tells me that the oil was changed, the breaks were replaced and additional "recommendations" were performed. I asked him about the 30,000 miles maintenance job and he tells me that he didn't do it. These are the recommendations that he did: Job 4: Body Electrical: 27.90 Job 5: Body Elec cconcern: 31.50 Job 6: Throtle body service: 99.95 Job 7: Fuel Injector service 125,87 Job 8: A/C Cabin Filter: 69.95 Job 9: Rear Brake Svc: 69.95 My car is one year old and I don't think I needed those recommendations. In total, this is what I get: Total Parts: $177.34 Total Labor: $598.08 And no 30,000 mile maintenance. I requested to speak to the manager, the tech tells me he is the manager, he starts getting loud in front of my son. I give in, pay for the service and here I am. Respectfully, Pablo More
