When we came back the next day to pick up the vehicle, our sales representative told us that the service department found a serious problem with the transmission which would be too costly to fix. Although we were disappointed that we could get the car that we chose, we were very thankful that we did not end up with a car that had serious transmission problems. We found another used car that we purchased that day and we have been very happy with the car so far. The staff we worked with, Wes, Jean and Rafique, helped us structure a deal that worked within the budget we had set. More

Mario Diogo showed me a variety of models and I finally made a choice on a nice metallic gray Camry. However, the car didn't have Sirius radio installed from the factory, so I had the dealership order the part and install it in my vehicle. This is where I found out how knowledgeable the service staff is--particularly Anthony Morales--who, after many trials and errors, painstakingly researched and sucessfully targeted the problem--enabling the Sirius radio to work completely and perfectly. He made my day when he called me and told me the good news! I am so happy with my new vehicle! More
I brought in my 17 year old Corolla for service, and it was finally that time that the cost of the repairs was going to be so high that it was no longer wise to continue investing in the car. Ricardo in repair was really friendly, and let me understand what my options were; I was reluctant to purchase a new/used car, as I am working full time and a student, and am already incurring debt, and was not planning on buying a new car for another year or so. Nonetheless, after mulling it over a bit, and taking a look at some of the used cars on the lot, I decided to bite the bullet. Due to my schedule as well, I just didn't have a lot of time to look for a new car, and didn't have a lot of time to spend at the dealership, so they were great about doing most of the arrangements over the phone/email. Their website is great, and I was able to find a car in the price range that I was comfortable with; due to my positive experience with the Corolla, I wanted another Toyota. I spoke with Jonathan, and he was able to give me a better idea about the car I was looking at. Jonathan, Juan, Mario and Ricardo were able to give me a good price for my old Corolla, and Reza was able to help me with financing the car, with a competitive interest rate. Mario, Juan and Ricardo arranged a small repair, and washed and detailed it, all for the price that was advertised on the website. As an added bonus, I was privileged enough to meet Jesus who operates the shuttle between Journal Square and the dealership, and he was more than willing to pick me up/ drop me off at the station even after the last shuttle run. Despite the fact that this was not the best situation to find myself in, everyone at the dealership worked with me, and went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. I'm really happy with my new car, my experience, and absolutely recommend going to Hudson Toyota to anyone, and I've already told my friends and family. I wouldn't go anywhere else when the time comes for a shiny new car! More

Whether you are looking to purchase a new vehicle or a used Toyota you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Edwar Guzman (Salesman) and Joey Bermudez (Financial Expert). They are willing to work with you on all levels including, but not to be limited to: vehicle questions, budget concerns, car insurance, vehicle specs, warranties,etc. I can honestly say that as a combination this the best customer service that I have ever experienced. This is extremely important especially during a time period where there is a lack of customer service. I would never go to anyone else because Mr. Guzman and Mr. Bermudez cease to amaze and impress me. More

I was very pleased with the treatment I received at Hudson Toyota. I have leased numerous Toyota Corollas in the past from other dealers and I never was treated with such honesty and kindness as I rec Hudson Toyota. I was a pleasure to work with Jacques Hakim who was very knowledgeable, patient and kind. He explained everything to me and walked me through the entire process from beginning to end of the leasing transaction. I now drive a beautiful 2011 Corolla and hope to return to Hudson when it is time to return my 3-year leased car and drive home with another one in 2014. Thank you Jacques and the staff at Hudson Toyota for everything you did for me. More
