Two weeks ago, I had the great pleasure of visiting Hudson Toyota in Jersey city. This experience really swept me off my feet. The customer service I experienced with Mr. Irfan Khan was exceptional. As a first time buyer I was skeptical of purchasing a vehicle at a dealership. I have seen and heard lots of horror stories about car dealership and their customer service. When I first arrived for my 4pm appointment I was greeted by a wonderful Sales Representative by the name of Jonathan who showed my driver where to park. I told Jonathon that I had an appointment with Mr. Qulzam Zaman. He took me inside the facility when Mr. Qulzam Zaman was waiting at the reception area. I was introduced to Mr. Zaman with a friendly hand shake and a pleasant “have a nice day” from Jonathan. Mr. Zaman (sales rep) and Mr. Micheal Dean (Business Manager) were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable through the entire process of looking at vehicles and filling out paper work. When we came back the next day to pick up the vehicle, our sales representative told us that the service department found a serious problem with the transmission which would be too costly to fix. Although we were disappointed that we could get the car that we chose, we were very thankful that we did not end up with a car that had serious transmission problems. We found another used car that we purchased that day and we have been very happy with the car so far. The staff we worked with, Wes, Jean and Rafique, helped us structure a deal that worked within the budget we had set. More

Mario Diogo showed me a variety of models and I finally made a choice on a nice metallic gray Camry. However, the car didn't have Sirius radio installed from the factory, so I had the dealership order the part and install it in my vehicle. This is where I found out how knowledgeable the service staff is--particularly Anthony Morales--who, after many trials and errors, painstakingly researched and sucessfully targeted the problem--enabling the Sirius radio to work completely and perfectly. He made my day when he called me and told me the good news! I am so happy with my new vehicle! More
