I came to Hudson Toyota to trade in my sequoia for a new truck. I felt i got a very fair trade in value. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and pleasant to deal with especially my salesman Qualzam and truck. I felt i got a very fair trade in value. They even gave my young son a hot cocoa that he is still talking about. As a woman alone, I was unsure of what to expect when buying a car. This experience was better than anything i would have hoped for. They did not let me leave the dealership until I knew how to use all of the features in the car and they even set my navigation system to my home address. When its time for me to buy a car next year for my oldest son I am definitely going back to Hudson toyota. More
Michael Bulwin was a thoroughly professional sales person. He understood used cars, showed us every car on the lot and even drove a couple of them to the front of the dealership for us. He pulled up a Chevy Celebrity that he had my wife drive around town. We bought the Celebrity. Michael even did most of the paper work (the first time for him on a used vehicle). Michael listened to what we wanted, how much we were willing to pay for a car, was very courtieous, and reviewed all of the issues with us. None of the other associates at the dealership even wanted to speak to us. My wife Ruth and I would have walked out of that dealership had it not been for Michael Bulwin. My experience with the Sales Representative Cesar Ronquillo was an excellent one. The representative very amicable, personality wise very pleasant and takes his time to cover all the options as well Ronquillo was an excellent one. I would most definitely recommend this Dealership as the representative as I was highly satisified. I leased my vehicle from there and would not trade it for any other place. Here is my story: I drove two used toyota earlier and no problem with them. I went on fine morning of December 2010 to buy a certified one. I was greeted with this man QULZAM ZAMAN, who was coming with an air of arrogance. I tried to persuade him that I am for used car but he told me: What if I give you a new one , 5 year with 0% finance?" Jesus knows what got into me, I settled for a new Corolla. Being a novice and honest man, he prices the LE corolla for 20,000 dollars! When I tried to argue he said :"two years of free maintenance, zero percent etc" I know I made a mistake and bought a COROLLA 2010 LE,that too in December 10 for a total price of 23 K(Delivery and extended warranty added). When I asked why no 2011 model in December, he lied :"We did not receive them yet" I sucked it UP. MY MONEY, MY Mistake. But after 5k on the car the BRAKE starts to behave weird. I have to drive in a 65mph Highway evryday for around 30 miles one way. The Brake does not work multiple times. I made a visit. THEY DON'T FIND NO FAULT. I TOLD THEM : "IF I DIE ON ROAD, THEN ONLY YOU GUYS BELIEVE SOMETHING"S WRONG"! So Here I AM with an OVERPRICED LEMON who was folled by the swiftness of QULZAM ZAMAN. I don;t have anything to console myself only advice, be very firm when buyin a car and don't fall for lies of QULZAM ZAMAN. My First new car was from Toyota and this is what I got. I am done with Toyota loyalty. More

This was the deal from xxxx. I purchased a car there for cash and was told they had to title the car wich was a lie. No one had the sense enough to know how to title a car from Geogria. I got a call from Sheila and she setup an appointment for me for 8:00 pm with Mario Fernandez. I reached at 8:00 pm I got to know from the receptionist who was polite and informed me that Mario was on leave and someone else would take care of me. It was really unprofessional to schedule an appointment with someone on vacation. After 5 min Emmanuel A came and started filling the paper work w/o offering a test drive or asking me the kind of vehicle I need. After filling half the paper work, he took me to the parking lot outside showroom and asked me which color car I want to pick up. He didn't even mention the price the options or care to ask me what I wanted. He didn't even explain the difference between models so that I can make a choice. When I informed him that I want to test drive first and then decide he took around 10 min to get the car. I went for a test drive with him which went fine. I asked him that in AWD how can one know if 4 wheel drive is on or not and he didn't seem to know it. When I came back he started filling out my pending finance application which he started when we met. He then asked me what model I was looking for. I informed him that I wanted a Rav4 Sports AWD with Sports Value Package. He said he will bring the car. I informed him politely that I want to know the price before I pick any car but he was adamant. He went away for 15 min and came back. I let him know that I want to know the price of the car cannot commit until I get to know the price. His answer was 28000. What a sham. I told him that I researched and it shouldn't be more than 25630. He asked me to quote a price which I didn't as they should be offering me a price and not vice-versa. At the end of this, I was already frustrated and decided to leave as it was 9pm. What a worthless visit and waste of time with highly unprofessional staff. At the end it seemed like they didn't want my business. I have been to other dealers who ask the customers what they want before selling. My experience here was totally opposite. They will sell a car to you which you don't want. Beware. More
The experience could not have been better Juan and Mo were outstanding! I had been to two other Toyota dealers w/o any satisfaction. The deal was made because of the personnel in this dealership.
