Mr. Benson Typically when you have a leased vehicle it is returned to the selling dealership as it is of no benefit for another dealership to take the car back. Toyota Motor Sales also doesn’t have a process where they would pick the car up from the customer. That is the reason why we standardly inform the customer to return the car here; however, it was an option to go to another dealership. You came here you became very upset once you realized that you had other options. You became very belligerent and cursing in the showroom and the sales floor was extremely busy. You were approached by the General Sales Manager Moe Manzor who had not success calming you down. Once you left the dealership the director of the Business Development Center Leon Knotts spoke to you several times offering you different solutions to accommodate you for your inconvenience. You were over on your lease mileage by 3,000 miles and we offered to absorb the cost of that as well as drive to your home and deliver the leased vehicle wherever you requested. In all fairness we did try to accommodate you once we realize that we only offered to have you return the car to us exclusively and it was your decision to not accept any offers. We apologize again for the inconvenience and we certainly take all issues and concerns seriously.
