I brought my Prius for maintenance on Friday. When I first purchased my Certified 2010 Camry from your dealership I was very upset and dissatisfied because it had problems. It was missing the master key, also missing was the CVR console box hole cover dealership I was very upset and dissatisfied because it had problems. It was missing the master key, also missing was the CVR console box hole cover and it had non-matching tires. I have had worked in dealerships for over 33 years and knew that this was totally wrong for a Certified Vehicle. The Sales Managers Tom Rivers and Bill Pirzada gave me a 'we-owe' for a master key and to add 1 tire to match the other 3 tires, I wasn't happy. The console cover I purchased myself from the Parts Department and it was installed by Edwar Guzman in the Service Department. Now the Service Department, Tony Vasquez, just informed me that they will be replacing all 4 tires for a better and safer ride. Now I am a satisfied customer.
