I was put in touch with Hubler Chevrolet through the Consumer Reports automotive purchase referral program. As a dealer, you can't just sign up to be part of this program, you must meet Consumer Reports Consumer Reports automotive purchase referral program. As a dealer, you can't just sign up to be part of this program, you must meet Consumer Reports strict consumer care and concern standards and be willing to work with Consumer Reports pricing recommendations. Hubler Chevrolet did not disappoint. I submitted my intent to acquire a new 2012 Malibu through the Consumer Reports process on a Monday evening. Tuesday morning I received a phone call from Hubler Chevrolet acknowledging my intent. They set me up with an appointment for 1:00 pm and within one hour of picking my wife up from her teaching job in the car I intended to lease, it was a done deal. I was sold before I picked my wife up. But, this car was for her every day use. She needed to test drive it to be sure it and Hubler met her expectations. Again, no disappointment, not with the car or Hubler. Now both of us were impressed with not only the car but just as importantly with Hubler Chevrolet. They took their commitment to the Consumer Reports arrangement very serious. They could not have treated us any better and they worked very hard to translate the arranged purchase price into a very attractive lease. We have leased and purchased many cars over the years and this experience rates right up there as one of the best. The dealership personel could not have been any more friendly. Our sales rep, Marty Hoober was very knowledgeable without being over the top. He made us feel so comfortable it was like visiting with a old friend. We even had a speaker phone conversation with his wife while we were trying to figure out what we were looking at on Facebook. Thanks Marty. Honorable mention must go out to Bryan Schultz the business manager. For many people the time spent with the business manager can be the most intimidating and confusing part of the purchase or lease process. The number of times and places you have to sign your name is almost unbelievable in these times of regulation. He had a way of keeping the process focused and moving along. You felt you could trust him and didn't have to worry about what you were signing. I didn't actually fully read the complete detail of what we had signed over and over until we were home. Again, I was not disappointed. Our trust in Bryan was not misplaced. Everything was as I expected it to be, no surprises. All in all, I would recommend Hubler Chevrolet without reservation. Other than a final wash, wax and gas tank fillup I haven't had achance to be taken care of by the service department. But, based on our sales experience I expect I will once again not be disappointed. More

Marty made my car buying at Hubler Chevy to see one of the sales persons, particularly Marty Hoober, you are most definitely cutting yourself short. Marty made my car buying experience one of a kind. He took the time out of his day whenever I popped into the dealer ship to say hi and to see how not only I was doing, but also how my one year old daughter was doing. Marty and I built our relationship over a 6 month period and together made deals and decisions that really benefited me in the long run. Several times the information I had read from the internet and had received from OTHER DEALERS was wrong. Marty was able to not only tell me something different and set me straight, but he also took the time to show me why he was right, where in the manuals the correct information was and even on the car where parts where and what those parts did and did not do. Marty treated me with nothing but the upmost respect. People like Marty are few and far between, and I am very lucky to have run into a guy like Marty. Thanks again Marty. More

I had not visited a dealership for many years and was afraid of a "hard sale" and I was very pleased with Lynne. She listened to what I wanted, understood my price range and found a couple of vehicles a afraid of a "hard sale" and I was very pleased with Lynne. She listened to what I wanted, understood my price range and found a couple of vehicles at a different lot for me to check out. She refused to sell me one vehicle because she knew of the problems that it had. She was supposed to leave at 6:00 p.m but stayed over an hour late just to make sure my purchase went smoothly. It has been 2 weeks since I purchased the van and I am still pleased with the vehicle. It is worrisome to purchase a used vehicle from anyone, not just a dealer but so far this vehicle has worked out purfectly. Thank you Lynne! Nancy Harman More
I was suppose to be there to look at a 2000 Jag and when I got there Steve or Jeremy were nowhere to be found and I was on time. So Andrew told me that the car was sent to auction the night before the SAME I got there Steve or Jeremy were nowhere to be found and I was on time. So Andrew told me that the car was sent to auction the night before the SAME night they called me to make sure that I was going to make it. Andrew told me that the car didn't even run and Jeremy told me that the car ran great and looked good! So Andrew said if I would stick around he would look for some cars in my price range of no more than $5000 and I was insulted that when I went back he tried selling me cars that were $8,500 and up. Hubler owes me $30 in gas money it took me an hour to get there and they wasted my time. I still haven't had an apology from Jeremy or Steve and I've emailed Jeremy several times now. This place is a joke and I'll never step foot in a Hubler dealership ever again!!!!! More

After meeting with Steve, and letting him know what I was 'kind of' looking for as far as a deal goes...I decided it was definitely time to make the buy. Steve was very easy to work with, and had a 'no BS' attitude when it came to talking numbers. The sale went off without a hitch. The experience I had buying my Durango was a nightmare, but buying my TAHOE was absolutely the best !!! My experience with Steve, and the others involved (Bryan Schultz, for one) was absolutely TOP NOTCH, and I would totally recommend this sales team to anyone. Our Salesperson Lynne was fantastic. She was friendly and was the only salesperson to get up to greet us when we walked in the door. She assisted us in finding an alternate vehicle when the one we we and was the only salesperson to get up to greet us when we walked in the door. She assisted us in finding an alternate vehicle when the one we were hoping to buy was purchased by someone else. The only downfall to our entire experience was the finance person, Cindy. She seemed in a big hurry to have us sign paperwork but did not explain things. We were told we were getting a "deal" on gap insurance, extended warranty, etc but never explained the cost of each one. The next business day I called and she explained each item which totaled in excess of $4000. This did not sound like a deal to us. She also did not tell us the length of the loan until she asked us to sign. (75 months 5.75%). Because of these we sought financing elsewhere and received a better rate and term. When we came to purchase the vehicle with our own financing she told us she had gotten us 2.5%. If this were true why did she not contact us with that information. She was aware we were not happy with the original quoted terms of the loan. I personally feel she was throwing us a line. I rated the overall experience 4 only because of Cindy. I would recommend Lynne to my friends and family but would tell them to seek financing elsewhere. More

More
