We felt he was not entirely honest with us in going over the paperwork. We were told that the bank would not make our loan unless we purchased the extended warranty, life and disability insurance, etc. When we said that was a deal breaker, all of a sudden all these extra things weren't quite as necessary as he made them out to be.
