Very deceitful when it comes to buying a new vehicle. I was told the truck had a 5.3L engine and 4" lift-kit and then found out later that it didn't ... At the first of April, I went to several Chevrolet dealerships looking to purchase a new truck. I was looking at the 2012 Silverado 1500 LT 4X4 with a 5.3L engine. When I went to Hubuler, they had the truck I was looking for, but Dustin (the salesman) showed me a 2011 model. He told me that since it was a 2011, I could also get a better discount. He also sold me hard on the fact that it had a 4" lift. We talked for an hour and he said the 2011 had everything I was looking for (plus the lift), and he even joked that it would be my first lifted truck. I decided to purchase the truck ... after the transaction was over, and got in the truck to drive away, I looked for the window sticker and couldn't find it. I got somewhat suspicious and drove back to the dealership. When I was told that they couldn't find it, I started looking at things on the truck and discovered that the engine was only a 4.8 (instead of the 5.3). A few weeks later, I found that there wasn't even a lift kit placed on the truck. So, I immediately called Dustin, and he asked me to have another Chevrolet dealership look at it to confirm it did not have a lift kit. When I gathered all the paper work and returned to the dealership May 1st, Justin presented me with a paper that showed they installed "lifted shocks." So now the salesman and dealership has deceived me. There is no way I would had paid $7K for wheels, tires, shocks, and running boards. I have had several dealerships and truck experts look at the truck, and they all state that the shocks they have installed on the truck do NOT add any lift. I even had the truck laser measured and it is the exact same same height as the standard Silverado 4X4 More

I saw a vehicle I wanted to look at on the Hubler website. So my wife and I stopped in to check it out and take a test drive. I bought a new car at Hubler Chevorlet about a year aga and my dealer was Brian Copenhaver! He was very good and I trusted him enough to buy a used car for my daughter who is going away to college this co and my dealer was Brian Copenhaver! We were looking for a no pressure, No hassle place to buy a new or used car. I believe that Brian Copenhaver and the Hubler family would do just about anything to make that possible. My review is a little untimely as I wanted to get into the car and own it for a few months to see how service was after all was said and done. Here is my review now that I'm finally settled into the new car. I was forced into the position of buying a new car due to someone hitting me and totaling my old car. Being as how it has been over 7 years since my last purchase, I felt pressured and stressed about getting into new debt on such a short, unexpected, timeframe. I found the Nissan Murano that I liked online and made an appt to stop by and look at it. I was lucky enough to meet Jim who showed me the car and gave me ZERO pressure to drive it/love it/buy it. He simply gave me the facts and helped me with every question I had. Being as that I never owned an SUV, I asked to take the car home overnight and drive it for more than a 5 minute test drive. Again, there were no problems or questions getting that done. I did my own research on the car and when I came back to make a decision, they were very fair with the pricing and taking care of any minor alterations to the car I found. It was in fantastic condition, but as with any used car (and I'm picky), there were a few things I wanted addressed. Once more they took care of everything promptly. Then came the financing portion, which everyone dreads. This couldn't have been easier. Cindy was fantastic and made it as simple as filling out some forms and making a few minor decisions on my options for repayment, price, warranty, and how all of those decisions would affect my interest rate and total cost of repayment. My last car buying experience left me feeling confused and upset that the price I was "told" I was getting for the car was much less than what I actually paid. This time, I was given straight forward information and I ended up EXACTLY where I had agreed. Both Jim and Cindy were fantastic and when my wife needs a car, they will be the first two that I visit. I appreciate them making an unwanted situation easy and stress free. **Side note, now that I'm about a month into owning the Murano... I love it and am kind of glad I was forced into getting a new car! More

Hubler Chevrolet did not disappoint. I submitted my intent to acquire a new 2012 Malibu through the Consumer Reports process on a Monday evening. Tuesday morning I received a phone call from Hubler Chevrolet acknowledging my intent. They set me up with an appointment for 1:00 pm and within one hour of picking my wife up from her teaching job in the car I intended to lease, it was a done deal. I was sold before I picked my wife up. But, this car was for her every day use. She needed to test drive it to be sure it and Hubler met her expectations. Again, no disappointment, not with the car or Hubler. Now both of us were impressed with not only the car but just as importantly with Hubler Chevrolet. They took their commitment to the Consumer Reports arrangement very serious. They could not have treated us any better and they worked very hard to translate the arranged purchase price into a very attractive lease. We have leased and purchased many cars over the years and this experience rates right up there as one of the best. The dealership personel could not have been any more friendly. Our sales rep, Marty Hoober was very knowledgeable without being over the top. He made us feel so comfortable it was like visiting with a old friend. We even had a speaker phone conversation with his wife while we were trying to figure out what we were looking at on Facebook. Thanks Marty. Honorable mention must go out to Bryan Schultz the business manager. For many people the time spent with the business manager can be the most intimidating and confusing part of the purchase or lease process. The number of times and places you have to sign your name is almost unbelievable in these times of regulation. He had a way of keeping the process focused and moving along. You felt you could trust him and didn't have to worry about what you were signing. I didn't actually fully read the complete detail of what we had signed over and over until we were home. Again, I was not disappointed. Our trust in Bryan was not misplaced. Everything was as I expected it to be, no surprises. All in all, I would recommend Hubler Chevrolet without reservation. Other than a final wash, wax and gas tank fillup I haven't had achance to be taken care of by the service department. But, based on our sales experience I expect I will once again not be disappointed. More
