Every step of the recent purchase process of our 2005 Corvette from Hubler was outstanding. Everyone was very helpful and courteous. Used the online form to ask about a motorcycle last week. Received 3 calls and 4 emails from Joseph Dowler (customer service) over the course of a week. I scheduled an appointment the first time I spoke with him and told him I would be out of town until the following tuesday so we would need to schedule the appointment then. I received two phone calls and several emails starting the very next day saying I had "missed my appointment". I told him every time he called and emailed me that I was out of town and my appointment was the following tuesday. I show up for my appointment, two sales guy approach my car like hawks waiting for me to park. Before I could get out of my car one of them is standing at my window asking if I had an appointment. I told him I did and who it was with. The sales guy responds with "Oh, yeah... Farooq is busy in a meeting and told me to take care of you." I thought it seemed weird...but whatever. Then I realize this guy is just trying to steal Farooqs sale when he asked me "What car was it you wanted to see?" I told him it wasn't a car... it was a motorcycle. He takes me into the show room. There are two bikes sitting there. Neither are the one I wanted to see. Apparently the bike I wanted was sold last week. The sales guy could see I was ticked off and tries to sell me a 10 year old Honda Shadow with 30,000 miles on it!!! I told him this was a crappy way to treat a customer. Joseph the sales guy that called me repeatedly told me the bike would be there and if it was sold he would tell me. The last email I got from Joseph was earlier that day... he mentioned NOTHING about it being SOLD. I drove from the northwest side of Indy to Greenwood during after work rush hour for all this. I WILL NOT EVER buy anything from this place! TOO SHADY!!! They did everything they could to get me in the door...including lying and bait and switch. More
Great experience at Hubler. I've only had the truck for less than a week, so I'm assuming no issues pop up with the actual vehicle. That said, Marty was great to work with and I really felt that he was more interested in making me feel good about the deal, and creating long-term relationships, than getting as much as he could out of me for the dealership. He didn't rush me, was extremely knowledgable, and (MOST IMPORTANTLY) didn't act like I was crazy when I gave them my first offer. I chose Hubler for the Tahoe over a BMW partially due to the vehicle, but it should be noted that finding a friendly group of individuals that were focused on long-term relationships was probably a factor I didn't realize I would value so much. The BMW guys (Dreyer & Reinbold) were arrogant and told me I wasn't capable of buying a BMW based on my preferred payment range until I spoke with my own financing company. After that, they wanted to talk and get me up to the dealership, but at that point I couldn't help but think that they not only didn't know what they were talking about in regards to finance, but were also more interested in making a quick sale instead of helping me get a vehicle I would be happy with. I have been told no so many times in the last 3 months. I was looking for specificly a Suburban or a Yukon XL. I was not settling for smaller. I also had a very old trade I wanted a lot for. All the other dealerships around told me it was impossible to get what I wanted with the payments I wanted. I said have a nice day no its not. So here we are the guys at Hubler Chevy got me in this and gave me what I wanted for my trade. I am pretty sure I practically stole this vehicle lol. I will definitly go back when I am ready to get back in a truck. Right now tho I have a Yukon XL Denali WOW top of the line and the other guys said I could only get a mini van HA. I highly recommend Hubler Chevy to everyone!!!!!! If I would have settled for a van (yeah right) look what I wouldnt have now. Oh and bonus the kids are dso far apart now we decided to take a road trip the is no longer fighting and its a peaeful drive for mom. Not to mention luxurious!!!! I needed special financing, and this was the only dealership willing to take the time to find the perfect car, pricing, and financial plan for my situation. The salesman was very friendly and quick with all of the paperwork, and getting my vehicle to me. I would definitely recommend not only the dealership, but the salesman I worked with. We went to Hubler on June 11th looking for the ideal Silverado. They had it on the lot and and several others we could look at also. Salesman was extremely friendly and accomodating to our requests. I have always had great service at Hubler and have been buying vehicles from them for about 25 years or more..they have always been cordial with me and no high pressure sales!..they even put up with my som buying vehicles from them for about 25 years or more..they have always been cordial with me and no high pressure sales!..they even put up with my sometimes dry sense of humor. I have also known Brad Hubler for a very long time and use to buy vehicles from him at Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin! More
I have had an issue with the interior of my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado Z71. It is cloth material that had wear issues that could not be corrected. Hubler service advisor John Revor said they would rep Chevrolet Silverado Z71. It is cloth material that had wear issues that could not be corrected. Hubler service advisor John Revor said they would replace it and they did. They put new interior that will not have the same problems as the old. The material is of much better quality. I am extremely satisfied with Hubler. More
