I would like to highly commend both of the men referred to above. We've seldom been able to purchase a car locally as the dealers could not seem to compete with the larger markets, and we've ALWAYS wanted to above. I shopped via the internet as well as speaking with our local dealer. I could NOT BELIEVE we were offered competitive pricing! In truth, they were so friendly, professional, attentive to our needs/desires, that despite receiving one quote out of CA, for $800 less, we decided that we were so impressed with the service, friendliness, and etc., that we received from both Mr. Rodriguez and Mr. Renteria, that we would rather purchase a car through them than either haggle or save an extra $800. I have also found them to be just as attentive AFTER THE SALE, as they were making it. I have called with questions and not once been ignored. They have remained friendly and customer-oriented. We almost feel as if we have made friends getting acquainted with these two outstanding individuals. You possess a rare gift having these two men as part of your Nissan team. They are both endowed with virtues which personify truly outstanding salesmen: ...the quality to be both professional, friendly, responsive to the customer's specific wishes, concerns and desires, and simultaneously making us feel that we were dealing with people who were both trustworthy and honest(which has proved to be true.) True salesmen are in short supply as they MUST possess both personality, knowledge of the item they're selling, and all the other qualities listed above. I hope that I haven't expounded too profoundly on our impression of them to be ignored and it would be my genuine desire that this letter of commendation be included in both their personnel files. In closing, I would like to add that I had not made the acquaintance of either of them prior to purchasing our vehicle. I congratulate you for having men of this caliber under your employ. This was by far the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever made. They did not have the model I wanted on their lot, but it took less than 30 min for them to find the exact car I wanted and the deal have ever made.
