I'm thinking about buying a car, so I've done my research and so far I have found my self with a lot more questions than i thought. Weeks before I talked to victor at Nissan I was looking for a used murano on craiglist, newspaper, autotrader, etc . He was great, professional, and honest. Honesty is exactly what I am looking for when buying a car. Plus , he kept in touch with me with different muranos that came in or suvs in my price range. Kinda feels good to have someone report back to you instead of going back and forth to check in to see "what's in" I would and have recommended him to many people. More

Came back from Phx car shopping, but still wanting to give local a shot so we decided to give Yuma one last chance and went to Sonora Nissan (where we had not gone) we were greeted by Ivan where he showed us OUR options being that we are trying to move into a bigger (not that big) car because of our growing family. He showed us a couple options and endless to say we were impressed!! Thank you for the wonderful experience, the professionalism there and customer service does shine. My wife and I are expecting our second child and decided to shop for a larger vehicle to accommodate our needs. He introduced himself and let us know that if we had any questions or needed any assistance he would be standing by. This sales approach was far different than the other dealerships we had visited. At no time did he push us to talk about any sort of deal, financing, or trade-in. After we looked the vehicle over he asked if we would like to test drive it. We agreed and took it for a spin around town. He then offered to us that we could take the vehicle home overnight to see how it fit our needs and "sleep on it." We returned later that evening and told him we were interested in purchasing the vehicle. After our trade was appraised, we told the sales associate exactly what deal we wanted they worked with us to make the deal possible. I have never purchased a vehicle from a dealership with out being pressured and/or hassled in some sort of manner. Luis at Sonora Nissan was very lax and made our experience very enjoyable. There were a few items that we requested be included in the deal. There was only one item that my wife and I had a problem with; it was the re-tinting of the two front door windows. When the vehicle was returned the work was fine but the vehicle audio system had been adjusted, the EQ was cranked up to the maximum settings, and was not adjusted back to the way it was when she dropped it off. Sonora Nissan had sublet the work to another company so I can not hold them responsible for this entirely. Overall they are a great establishment to do business with and I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to purchase a vehicle -new or used... they will take care of you. Luis went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were happy and content in the purchase of the vehicle. This is seldom found these days and it was a truly pleasant experience. More

This is probably the best experience I've encountered when buying a new car. The dealer staff was friendly, courteous, and exremely helpful in all phases of buying the vehicle - from financing to delive when buying a new car. I purchased a Nissan Altima and my wife and I are extremely satisfied with the vehicle thus far. I really felt like the staff "bent over backwards" in their efforts to help me. My ONLY complaint concerns the rear window of the vehicle I purchased. When you look in the rear view mirror to check traffic behind you, the view is fuzzy looking - out of focus if you will. I returned to the dealer to get their opinion on whether or not this was normal. After doing some research, the sales consultant told me the view looking fuzzy was not normal. I was also told I could bring the vehicle in the next day and would get a phone call letting me know what time to bring the vehicle in. I was also told I would be given a loaner while the tinting on the rear window was being fixed. That is my ONLY complaint - I was never called "the next day". This in no way diminishes my experience with buying the car from the dealer. I understand these things happen, it was just disappointing not to receive the phone call because dropping the vehicle off "the next day" fit in perfectly with my schedule. Now I'm concerned I might have to rearrange my schedule in order to drop off the vehicle. I would still recommend that anyone interested in buying a new car visit Sonora Nissan. I know if I ever purchase a new car again, Sonora Nissan will be at the top of the list. More

We have been Datsun/Nissan customers since 1971 and for the past 15 years have been customers at Sonora Nissan. My wife surprised me on my birthday with a trip to Sonora to buy me a 2011 Rogue. We were totally satisfied with the deal and professionalism of the aforementioned staff again. We have a 2010 Altima and a 2006 Murano and they were also bought at Sonora because we are satisfied customers before and after the sale. Thank you Sonora, again. More
