I'm not sure how all of the other Nissan dealerships are but this dealership, Yuma AZ, blows all others I have been to out of the water. We own many toys, and have bought from many different places but now but this dealership, Yuma AZ, blows all others I have been to out of the water. We own many toys, and have bought from many different places but nowhere takes care if you like the people at Nissan. We were so excited about getting our 350Z that the details seemed unimportant, later we noticed there were a lot of things that we would have done differently if we would have thought it through, now, this was not Nissans mistake but they still took care of it. They fixed the things we did not notice even five months after the fact. I think that is true customer service. I recommend this dealership to everyone I know, family, friends and even acquaintances. If you are a first time car buyer this is the place to buy, then when you mess up something they can and will walk you through it, and take care of you. Jimmy made me and my husband feel right at home, it seemed like we were talking to a family member instead of a car dealer, he was not pushy, and he did not try to force things on us that he knew we did not need, his manager Cesar also had amazing customer service, being in nursing school my head seems to be everywhere and nowhere at the same time, Cesar was very patient, and was willing to help where any other dealership would have just turned us away since they has already gotten their pay check. Lisa in their service department is amazing, I feel like I have been bugging her since I bought my car, and the things I have been bugging her about were someone else’s problem, and she still proceeded to fix the problem. On her tab not mine, just so that I would leave happy. In all reality the whole service department is amazing, when I didn't have a way to get back and forth they were willing to take me where I needed to go once I dropped off my vehicle and pick me up to get my vehicle. I can promise that if you ever do any business with them you will always leave happy and satisfied because no matter if the situation is their problem, your problem or another businesses problem they will help you resolve it, and make sure you leave happy. When I buy any other vehicle and with all maintenance I will be going to Sonora Nissan here is Yuma, because I know they won’t feed me any garbage and will get done what I need done the right way. Danny Munoz has been my salesperson at Sonora Nissan for quite some time now. This is the fourth time I've bought a car from them and I've been satisfied with my new car every time. I don't even think of visiting any other dealership because I love the Nissan models and the great service I receive there. After two years with my 2009 Rogue, I needed to get something different. Danny knew I wanted an Altima Coupe and as soon as he got the 2012 in the dealership, he called me. I immediately went and tried it but unfortunately, it didn't fit my needs. He started showing me some of the other models. I tried the 2011 Juke but I just felt it was very similar to the Rogue I had. I was starting to feel sad thinking I was going to leave without my new car when Danny said he had something I was going to really like. That's when he brought me the 2011 Sentra SL to the front and asked me to drive it. I knew that car was for me and I'm so happy with it. I just love it! I recommend Danny because he really gets to know his customers, their likes and dislikes, and doesn't give up until he finds the right car for them. I really made him work that day and I thank him for his honesty and patience in finding the best financing option for me. He even had the time to show me how to use the Navigation system, Bluetooth, and all the other features my car has. His main goal is always to please his customers and find what's best for them. By far the best car buying experience we've had. As a militay family of five we dont have the time or patience for most sales associated. Luis was amazing..After walking out of every other dealer in Yuma because or the arrogent or suffocating sales men we were more than surprised and relieved to come across Luis. Car shopping isnt usually and experiece you walk away from and think often that you would go right back..We definately will go back to Sonora Nissan for future vehicle purchases and specifically look for Luis. The entire staff we came across was pleasant and friendly. Long story short, I was so thrilled with the car and the way Victor explained everything that I ended up referring my parents to him. They have since purchased an X-Terra from SONORA NISSAN and are COMPLETELY happy with the service they received while there. My Maxima was referred to the service department by Victor and I had an oil change and car wash done for the LOWEST price I've ever paid for this service (and from the dealership = major plus!) It's safe to say that I will be coming to SONORA NISSAN in the near future to buy an SUV. Thank you. More
