I also like the thorough walk through on the vehicle before I drive the car off the lot and at the close of the deal. Once I picked the right car for me, we chatted at a table in the lobby, not in a miserable gray office with framed stock photos. Financing was amazing! I went in pre approved, and Jesse was very respectful of that decision, he made it easy and never once tried to make me feel like a bad person for not buying gobs of warranties. Buy from him! I also worked with Noy Converse who was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient and walked me through the features on my new car. Another great person to work with! "The bald guy", I think his name was Jesse, was also very friendly and easy to work with! So was Howard! Overall, if you are buying a Mazda in the Phoenix area....go to More Mazda. They were quick, transparent and accommodating. We completed test drives, negotiation and payment within 36 hours. A win-win that has changed my stereotype of the evil car salesperson.
