I live in Prescott and wanted to do business with a reputable dealer and after reading some review Purchased a new Mazda 3 from More Mazda on 1/27/16. I live in Prescott and wanted to do business with a reputable dealer and after reading some reviews I decided to contact More Mazda as they were one of the dealers recommended through Costco. From my first contact regarding inquiry and pricing I dealt with two gentlemen (Noy and Butch) I never felt any pressure to buy, only assurance they would work with me to get me the best deal possible. I also wanted to trade my current vehicle and they quoted me a price and asked how it sounded, to which I replied it sounded low. They asked what price I was looking to get and when I told them they asked a few more questions about my vehicle and then met my price. Living in Prescott and viewing on-line inventory in Tempe was a fairly easy process. I found several cars I was interested in was given a fair price (how did I know that? I also did some research at a number of Mazda dealerships websites comparing "apples to apples - same model and trim) So, while all dealerships will work with you and will say they will make you the "best" deal. I found that not once "did I ever feel pressured" to make a decision, in fact I waffled several times before deciding ( to some degree I felt somewhat of a pain, but they remained steadfast and helpful) Arriving at the dealership, I took a test drive. Got a thorough review of the car and features as well as how all the technology worked. Every button and control was covered and then I was shown the manuals one of which was a quick reference guide. But, for the most part all of the controls are pretty straight forward and user friendly. The one part of a car buying experience that a good number of people do not care for is the financing part where typically one can expect the come-ons and high pressure to purchase optional extras. Not the case with Jesse at More Mazda, I was presented options, but again absolutely "no pressure". My overall experience with More Mazda was one deserving of a "5" star rating. I highly recommend them if you are thinking of purchasing a Mazda. More

Then they did not freak out try and pressure me when I said I wanted to go pick up my wife. Instead they trusted me and got the car ready. When I returned with the wife the paperwork was mostly done and the car was washed and ready for me in the front. Went back to the finance guy who requested that we call him "the bald guy". He was hilarious and we spent more time talking motorcycles then haggling over GAP insurance. My wife and I both left thinking that it was the fastest, least painful purchase experience we have had to-date. More

Fastest Car Buy EVER I just purchased a certified preowned 2012 Mazda Mazda3 Hatchback from this dealer on 1/17/2016. I was rear ended really bad on December 31st 2015, I just purchased a certified preowned 2012 Mazda Mazda3 Hatchback from this dealer on 1/17/2016. I was rear ended really bad on December 31st 2015, and spent 2 weeks dealing with insurance companies, a rental etc. The usual process. I work nights, so I got off work and went straight out at 6:30AM Saturday morning looking at dealerships all over Arizona. Chandler, Mesa, North Phoenix and Scottsdale, and Tempe. I got home at 7pm and repeated the same thing the very next day as I was constantly given the run around etc. and people were not dealing with me straight. I even got left sitting for over 30 minutes while waiting for a sales person to help me. Then I stopped in here at More Mazda, and it was a breath of fresh air. The sales person Noy Converse was outstanding. He actually told me what the vehicle would cost out the door, the best he could do for me. And it actually was that price. No $2,000+ addon fees or hidden junk to deal with like many of the other places I had been. And the whole car buying process took me less than 2 hours. Absolutely amazing. They were clean cut and dry. They shoot straight and wont give you the run around. I really enjoyed my experience here and I will be going back for further services as well. I also plan to purchase my next vehicle from them in a few years as well. This was my 6th vehicle purchased and the best. Thank you so much for the great service! Mike More
