Noy Converse...Just WOW!! I have been Searching for a Mazda Cx-9 for the last 6 months. From my initial contact via the More Mazda website, requesting a quote on a vehicle in stock, I worked with Noy Converse on my purchase of a new car. From my initial contact via the More Mazda website, requesting a quote on a vehicle in stock, to closing the deal, everything was handled quickly and professionally. I received a call from Mr. Converse within two hours of my initial contact, where he confirmed the details. Within the next hour I had an e-mail response detailing the sales price. One more phone call confirmed that we would be able to reach a deal, at an excellent price for the car I wanted. I then set up a time to visit the dealership to give the car a test drive and then sign the paperwork. Mr. Converse, and Mr. Kriol in the finance department were clear, concise and efficient in handling the paperwork, and everything was completed in about an hour. When I was ready to pick up the car a bit later that day, Mr. Converse spent time explaining and demonstrating the command center features and ensuring that the initial setup was complete and customized for me.
