Best Car Buying Experience Ever! My friend for over a month tried to get me to go to More Mazda to buy a car because she said that a pleasant experience for her and that the people we My friend for over a month tried to get me to go to More Mazda to buy a car because she said that a pleasant experience for her and that the people were not pushy and would very helpful. I resisted the temptation but then my car died and I needed to get another car. So, I applied on the internet and didn't expect to hear back from More Mazda. To my surprise, I received a call and an email from Butch Shearer on Monday morning stating that he received my online application and that he had a few questions, what kind of car, color, etc. I told him that I applied online because I didn't want to have to sit in the dealership for hours filling out paperwork and having someone try to get me to buy a car that I didn't want. Butch assured me that that wouldn't happen. Butch informed me that he would start work on my paperwork and get Tim Tracey involved and that they would have an answer for me that morning. Tim Tracey contacted me later that morning and said that he needed some paperwork from me and said that I could email the paperwork to him, which I did. Around 12:15 p.m. I received a call from Tim asking me when I wanted to come pick up my car. I was in shock. I said that it would take me about an hour and an half and I would be in. I told Tim that I didn't want to come in and have to wait around for the paperwork to be ready, that I just wanted to come in and sign. Tim assured me that the paperwork was ready. I got to the dealership around 1:45 p.m. and Butch had me meet with Jessie Brusca the Finance Manager. Jessie went over the paperwork, showed me where to sign and while I was signing we had a pleasant conversation - No Pressure! I was done with the signing process in under 20 minutes and then Butch took me to me car and thoroughly explained everything which took about 30 minutes. I have NEVER purchased a car and had the pleasant experience that I recently had at More Mazda. There is no pressure at all. Butch, Tim and Jessie are a great team and they work real hard for you to get you into the car you want at a price you can afford. I love this dealership and Tim,. Butch and Jessie made the buying experience for me the best that I have ever had. I will return to buy all my future vehicles from Tim, Butch and Jessie at More Mazda. More

Friendly, not pushy, and easy to work with I came here looking for a pretty specific car but had also read good reviews on the dealer as well. I was expecting the buying experience to be longer and more stressful and drawn out, but I knew what I was looking for and that was exactly what they delivered. They gave me a fair deal with good incentives and they offer some really nice perks that I appreciate as someone who isn't a "car person" really. I have already told several people if they're ever looking for a Mazda, to consider coming here and I've only had the car for a day. More

I was very nervous to walk into any dealership because I have always heard that the sales guys are usually pushy, rude, etc... I had been looking into a CX-5 to lease for a while & happened to be in the area, so we stopped by to look. Jerry, a nice sales guy, began talking with us & got us a 2016 CX-5 Touring to test drive. Once we were finished driving, we told them we we're buying today & Jerry was very kind, not pushy at all. 5 days later I was back in to discuss finances. Luckily my brother-in-law used to be in car sales, & this being my first vehicle, I needed the guidance. Between my family & the guys at More Mazda (Jerry, Jesse, Tim, & Bobby), I had a wonderful experience & walked out a happy customer with my 2016 CX-5...& pretty good deal! I hope my future experiences at dealerships are as good as this one was. More
