This dealership, especially the salesmen who helped me pick the perfect Mazda, Noy Converse, were incredible. I walked away with a great deal, a great experience and a memory that will last a lifetime. This was a wonderful experience thanks to no hassling by the salesmen, great customer service and "no games" being played during my buying experience. I did not feel pressured in any way to buy and the amount of time spent at the dealership was less than 5 hours thanks to a speedy process by the whole More Mazda staff. I felt at home with this dealership and would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. Again, my salesman's name was Noy and he was truly awesome the entire way through looking, testing driving, negotiating and overall a great part about this dealership. Everyone was very friendly, it was quiet, there weren't a overwhelming amount of salesmen pressuring me and it made it easy to discuss my options with my family before deciding to buy due to the space and time that was given. I also had a great experience in the finance department with Jesse Brusca, he made the boring signing part of car buying easy, efficient and anything but boring with his genuine financial advice and comic relief. One "special" part about this dealership particularly during my experience. was when the dealership made it possible for me to take the time away from the dealership to make my decision by taking the potential car on a test drive alone with my family to lunch. We had a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships and were ready to give up on our search. We are so glad we didn't, and that we found Butch at More Mazda. We found the exact car we wanted in their online inventory, were able to negotiate online due to our scheduling conflicts, and drove out of the dealership within an hour in a brand new car that we love. Butch was so patient and helpful. The general manager, Tim, and Jesse, the finance manager, were also friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Our experience at More Mazda was awesome. I found the car through the Internet and I had the pleasure of working with Butch Shearer, who was very quick and professional with all of his information and answers. When I came to see the car I got a lot of help from Antonio Vecchio. He spent a great amount of time showing me the many features of the car and giving a lot of healpful explanation. He was very friendly, knowlageble and I felt very comfortable with him as if I were dealing with a long time friend. This was a great experience for me! Phil Cash and Howard Kriol finished the deal quickly and accurately. They were at the perfect point of being persistent but reasonoble too. I then flew to Tempe to pick up the car and drove it back to California. I found the salesman and staff to be very helpful and flexible. Although this was a new model (MX-5) in very short supply, they were still willing to negotiate about some unwanted add-ons and when I arrived in Tempe, everything was exactly as promised. This is a high integrity operation! My experience at the dealership when I came to pick up the car was also very positive. The financing was arranged quickly (at a quite competitive rate) and the car was well-prepared and ready. The salesman was very helpful in explaining the various features and operation of the electronics. Bottom line; An excellent place to buy a car (even if you live in another state)! More

Didn't really have a bad experience at any showroom, but found the atmosphere the most relaxed here and felt the staff to be the easiest to deal with. Both the salesman Nathan and the manger Tim were sincere and direct and it took little time to conclude a deal. And it took amazingly little time to conclude the financing with the business manager Jesse. The experience erased my long held misgivings about car buying and my stereotypes of the people involved. These were good guys. More
