New 2014 Mazda3 My dad has been a General Manager of a car lot in Sacramento for over 15 years, and in the car industry for over 30. Needless to say when I decided to purchase a car, I stayed in state and therefor could not purchase from my dad. However, that did not change my expectations while shopping for a car. Before going to Mazda I went to several other more well known car companies. I left all of them feeling uncared for and not in love with their product. After those experiences I looked online at top cars of 2015 on several different websites and there was no hiding the fact that Mazda was beating out the other cars. This lead me in to More Mazda....and I am so pleased I went there. I have had my car seven months (almost to the day) and have not had a bad experience. The customer service throughout buying the car and since has been amazing. Thank you for this wonderful car and for treating me like a real person during the process, and not another couple of dollars on your paycheck. I also must say the finance advisor P. Cash was amazing. I was unaware that the monthly cost went up if you included the warranty. He worked with me to create a 75 month payment plan to keep the car in my budget. Once again., thank you! Jon Dravis and Brett Gouvia made the pricing process straightforward and everything was basically agreed upon before I got to the dealership. The vehicle I wanted was already sold before I got there but it honestly seemed like a communication issue rather than a sales tactic. Also, to their credit, they offered to work with my budget on an upgraded vehicle but I decided on another brand. Overall a good dealership to work with. More

He almost wouldn't let me walk home when that's what I had planned to do. While the car was there a recall I had forgot about was completed along with a wheel alignment that was out of specs. Outstanding Service I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could I came in for an oil change but had asked Larry (my service guy) about something related to my dashboard. He told me it was a common issue and I could get it replaced with my warranty. He immediately offered me a courtesy ride to my home in which he would pick me up when my car was done. I neglected to remember my keys for my house with my car and we had to turn back. At this point he informed me that I had an oil leak and luckily it was also covered by warranty. He said he would need the car overnight and rushed me to an Enterprise rent a car down the road to get me in a vehicle for the day at the expense of More Mazda (probably due to the warranty allowing such a thing). When I returned the next day it was a swift and easy transaction as all I had to do was sign a paper and I was off. I even was able to leave the rental car there and Enterprise picked it up from there. This was such a swift, easy going, and great customer service experience! They even detailed my car! Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. They've made me a loyal Mazda owner. Thank you Larry and team at More Mazda! More

I never felt pressure to buy and didn't have to feel like I was being pushed into buying a car. I would recommend Bobby to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. More
