Regardless I had a phenomenal experience and I would recommend Bobby to anybody who is looking to purchase a Mazda. He was very friendly and told me to sleep on the decision. Most salesman try not to let people leave the place without pushing the sale in the persons face. He was great. Hopefully in the future I can do business with him. More
I had gone to another Mazda dealer who tried to sell me on well over $1000 in repairs/maintenance that were supposedly urgent. Months afterwards, though the sky hadn't fallen as predicted, I had finally sa on well over $1000 in repairs/maintenance that were supposedly urgent. Months afterwards, though the sky hadn't fallen as predicted, I had finally saved up and went to More Mazda as it was now the more convenient location. My online appointment must not have gotten set up properly somehow, but they squeezed me in anyway, and on a holiday at that. Less than an hour and $128 later I was out the door with an honest assessment of what I truly needed and the maintenance complete. I even opened the door to them about my fears of the repairs I thought I needed. They just as easily could have told me they were must-haves. They didn't. In fact, some of the repairs/ maintenance I was previously advised on I didn't need at all, and the others wouldn't be needed for months. I will go nowhere else from now on, and will likely be purchasing a new 3 from them very soon. Hopefully the sales department lives up to what I have experienced already. Thanks, guys!! More

Though he wasn't easy to reach, being sales manager, he did connect me with a sales person who was helpful and answered my questions. There was no pressure to buy, just assistance. The pricing was very good in my case and the deal went smoothly. No issues with this dealer, smaller and more intimate than some sales models making it easier and more personal. Every time we deal with this place, we leave happy. Eddie ROCKS and is ALWAYS the first guy out there to shake our hands, introduce himself, make small talk, and get to the point about car-service. Nice salespersons, nice dealership. The problem I had was about the outside mirror on this used car I bought. The car was in nice cond except the mirror that was damaged. In the deal it was said and written that the right mirror would be fixed, they did a unprofessional job replacing the mirror, it was not centered at all, it sits flat down tight onto the body of it and a big gap on top, the body is also loose cause it needs a part inside the mirror. When I called to express my concern for it and would like it fixed right as I was told when we made the deal. Later I got a text from Noy the salesperson that said no mirror. I just think its very unprofessional of them not to get it right especially after I hardly haggled about the price paid nearly what they asked in cash, I thought theey would probably make anything right at least right after I bought the car. More
Mr.Valdez provided an expert diagnosis & his service technitions performed the work in a timely manner. In fact, they took me in on short notice,arranged a rental carand hadmy vehicle ready, earlier th technitions performed the work in a timely manner. My Mazda3 doesn't "shimmy" when coming to a stop & seems to drive much tighter than before. Mr. Valdez also informed me that my car has a timing chain instead of a belt, which won't need replacing nearly as soon as I had thought. I am very happy with the service reveived from More Mazda & I will recommend them to all of my friends! More
