Service Manager Provided Unbelievable Customer Support Larry Donahue, the Service Manager felt that Mazda North America should take care of a problem free of charge. In his opinion there was no question th Larry Donahue, the Service Manager felt that Mazda North America should take care of a problem free of charge. In his opinion there was no question that the problem should be corrected, and that I shouldn't have to pay a dime. He not only escalated the problem through the local region, but also contacted senior Mazda management. While Larry was escalating, he advised me what and who I should contact in order to escalate the problem through Mazda North America customer service. He told me that regardless of the outcome with Mazda North America that the dealership has to absorb the cost and correct the problem. The problem was corrected and I didn't have to pay a single cent because I received $200 in gift cards for Mazda service from customer service. The cost of the repair was $198. Larry deferred payment until I receive the cards. Excellent customer service and repair. More

The time he spent showing me cars, test driving and running the numbers prior to purchase was remarkable. I think it was Shawn that helped with the finance papers, excellent. He too was patient, knowledgeable and streamlined the whole process. Tim Tracey? Probable meet him too, as he must be the GM. Funny that I don't recall being hassled by the GM, as this is usually the case at other dealerships. No back and forth with the sales people and the GM, or long waits on what the out the door price would be. Thanks to a great team of people, job well done. More

The incentives were presented to me over the phone and by e-mail before I visited the dealership, in a very understandable manner. Once I got there I was presented with a written synopsis which clearly defined the transaction exactly as it was discussed over the phone. I was given a fair price for my trade and for my new vehicle and all the buying options were patiently explored for me by both my salesman, Dennis, and Tim, the dealership's manager. Of course when you have an excellent product, which the Mazda is, in my opinion, You simply have to be knowledgable enough to explain the attributes and let the customer experience the drive and build quality, which the folks at More Mazda did very well! I've been back for service and the same accolades hold true for that department. More
